Old stone house with more than 100 years old, semi-detached wooden roof and a large outdoor space, surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and swimming pool.

Inside we can find a large kitchen with different utensils such as: microwave, toaster, water heater as well as a four-burner electric stove.

On the other hand, two rooms with a double bed and two beds respectively plus cable TV each.

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Both the shower and the rest of the house is provided with hot water.

Outside we will find a pool with solarium with four hammocks. In addition to an area for relaxation with armchairs and terrace table. Finally, a cozy corner for the enjoyment of a good meal together with a barbecue.

The house has an independent entrance and private garage. It is located 5 km from Puerto de Mogán and 56 km from Gran Canaria Airport.

Very lovely clean house .

We had everything in the house that we could wish . It was very lovely and quiet , a nice swimming pool with shower . The bathroom was a little bit small , but was okay . We had a lovely time there , and we should do it again and recommand it to our friends . Thanks Irina . Greetings Andy and Nathalie.

Perfect place for a family

A beautiful little finca just a couple minutes up the road from Puerto de Mogan, settled in between impressive mountains. Perfect for a vacation with small children, away from all the busy tourist areas. The owners are very nice people that are always there for you and your questions. We hope to return in the future.

Value for money overall.

The finca is unpretentious, but this is reflected in the affordable price. I found the cooking hob very difficult to operate. Irina did her best to assist me in this respect, but I still had difficulty getting the hotplates to work. The location is peaceful despite being within sight of the road to Mogan village. Owing to the high mountains on each side of this narrow valley, the grounds do not get an awful lot of sun in the winter months.

Das Einzige was uns fehlte war ein Wohnzimmer. Daher mussten wir abends im Bett fernseh schauen. Ansonsten war alles da was man brauchte. Klasse war auch der neue Pool.

Sehr schöne Finca mit einer kleinen Einschränkung

Wir hatten sehr schöne 3 Wochen in der Finca. Mit dem Haus, der Ausstattung dem Pool (neu)und dem Grundstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin und das Personal (Poolreinigung 2x in der Woche) sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen Nachbarn, aber den merkt man gar nicht. Das einzige Problem ist die nahe gelegene Straße GC200: Der normale Verkehr hat uns nicht gestört, aber am Wochenende wird die Straße von vielen Motorrädern befahren und dann ist es sehr laut. Wer damit leben kann, wird sich auf der Finca sehr wohl fühlen.

Finca el Canaon

Im allgemeinen waren wir recht zufrieden. Der grosse Nachteil ist die Nähe der Strasse mit manchmal beträchtlichem Lärm.

Helaas een tegenvaller.

Beginnen met positief : de woning in het algemeen is goed; het tweepersoonsbed is aanvaardbaar goed. Er is altijd plaats in de zon of in de schaduw. Het zwembadje – waar we geen gebruik hebben van gemaakt – was netjes verzorgd. Minpunten. * De keukenuitrusting is om van te wenen. 1 bruikbare kookpan, 1 bruikbare braadpan. Irina schijnt niet te begrijpen dat op een elektrisch fornuis de bodems moeten vlak zijn om te kunnen koken. Slechts 1 wijnglas, 1 cavaglas en geen koffiezet. Na 3 dagen aandringen werd aangevuld : koffiezet, 3 wijnglazen en 1 vuurvaste schotel. * Geen gemakkelijke zitjes buiten. In de hoop afval bij de ingang vond ik nog 2 bruikbare plastieken stoelen. Na een grondige was- en schuurbeurt kon ik zelf het buitenmeubilair aanvullen. * Rond het huis een zeer slordige indruk. * Op de openbare weg, een kleine 100 m van het huis, rijden er gemiddeld 800 à 1000 voertuigen : per UUR! Na 21 u vermindert het verkeer. * 10 meter naast de woning is er een autoherstelplaats. De 2 takelwagens zorgen meermaals per dag bij het op- en afladen voor geluids- en reukoverlast. Van de werkplaats zelf hadden we geen hinder. * Na 20 dagen verblijf kregen kregen we reukhinder (van de overloop van de septische put?). Voor gasten die elke dag op uitstap gaan en elke dag op restaurant gaan, zijn bovenstaande punten van minder belang … Vóór onze aankomst hoopten we volgend jaar op deze plaats te kunnen terugkeren. Dat zal helaas niet het geval zijn. We verbleven er 29 dagen in novembe

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön.Das Geschirr für 3 Personen war zu wenig. (2 Eierbecher, 2 Kompottschalen. Z.B. Sonst war alles gut.Haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Schöne einfache Unterkunft

Einfache Unterkunft. Etwas weit weg von Allem aber sehr schön. Gut befahrene Straße vor der Tür, was uns aber nicht groß störte. Zahmer Vogel besuchte uns jeden Tag und sorgte für Spaß. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man braucht. Zum Fahrrad fahren waren die Strecken in der Nähe nicht für uns geeignet. Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall nötig, nur so kann man viele versteckte Schönheiten entdecken. Abends einfach zb am Ende v Hafen in Mogan den Sonnenuntergang auf einem Felsvorsprung genießen. Vermieterin hat immer gleich nett auf Fragen per Mail geantwortet. Im März kann es Nachts noch sehr frisch sein, tagsüber war es teilweise sehr heiß.

Schöne alte Casita in guter Lage

Schöne alte Casita, großes Schlafzimmer mit guter Matratze, vielfältige Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Ein paar Mängel in der Ausstattung, z.B. keine Kaffeemaschine… Dafür leckeres Obst zum Empfang (Mango, Maracujas…). Tolle Lage zum Wandern und Baden, gute Restaurants in Mogán.

Mogán

The property is very well equipped and extremely clean. The surroundings are amazing . It is well situated and within easy reach of the coast and the valleys and mountains. Irina was very prompt to reply and very helpful. Getting to the property is not always easy in the dark as it is on a bend. We had a wonderful time on our first visit to the island .

5 Wochen mit fantastischen Gastgebern

Abseits von den Tourismuszentren und den gigantischen touristischen Bebauungen genießt man hier Ruhe, muss weder Kleiderordnung noch Nachbarn beachten, kann grillen, baden, unverbaute Landschaft genießen u.v.m. Irina & Papa Irina unterstützen, versorgen mit Früchten und sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Super schöne und ländliche Lage

Wir haben es genossen, in dieser privaten und gemütlichen Unterkunft unsere Ferien zu verbringen. Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Ein ruhiger und angenehmer Nachbar und sonst nichts - Was wünscht man sich mehr, um zur Ruhe und Entspannung zu kommen. Im Winter ist es draußen eher kühl. Wir können es für Ruhesuchende nur empfehlen.

Rennrad-Wochen auf Gran Canaria

Eine wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Finca in toller, ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieterin Irina ist sehr hilfsbereit. Als die Flasche für den Gasgrill leer war, brachte sie innerhalb 5 Minuten eine volle Flasche. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Einfache Ausstattung. Preis/ Leistung hat gestimmt.

In Zeiten von Covid 19 ist dies ein perfekter Ort seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Das Objekt liegt abseits von den touristischen Hochburgen dennoch schnell mit Auto/Bus erreichbar. Einige Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und in unserem 7 wöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir sehr viel Obst von ihr bekommen.
