About this property

The Villa, with a beautiful view on the island of Caprera, is located within an area of villas in a very quiet residential environment and a few steps away from the beach of Cala Grande, inside the Piras Village. A large living room with open kitchen overlooking the sea view terrace where you can eat while enjoying the landscape; two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, complete the main apartment. The tavern below has a laundry room for guests to use. A large and well-kept garden surrounds the house; here you find a table with umbrella and a solarium. Two parking spaces are available for guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. You will also have bed linen, towels and kitchen towels for € 10 per person.

Incredibly overpriced

The sea view is just barely there, and when you say "a stone's throw from the beach" as the title of your listing, where I'm from, that means that the beach is only as far as you can throw a stone. Not at all the case. You can't even see it, and if I didn't see people walking to and from a certain direction with swimsuits, I wouldn't have known where it was. I paid over $500 per night for this place because I assumed it was practically on the beach. I was depressed the whole time by how much I was paying and how it shouldn't ever be more than $250 per night max.

Très jolie maison

Séjour très sympathique. Maison très agréable, spacieuse et totalement bien équipée. Grande terrasse avec vue magnifique. Adorable petite plage à côté. Propreté impeccable. Nous reviendrons.

Come un sogno…

The property was fantastic, clean, great location, and all amenities you could want. The communication between Loredana was prompt and her instructions and suggestions clear. This was part of an 18 day European honeymoon for my wife and I and our 5 days here were by far the best part of our trip. If you plan of spending time in La Maddalena and on Caprera, the location cannot be beat. We hope to one day come back soon!

Quiet Villa in Great Location

Very good location, close to town, but away from the busy nightlife. Beautiful pristine beach 100m away. Would definitely stay there again.

Très jolie maison dans un environnement privilégié

Maison très confortable Avec une grande loggia où il fait bon lire au calme en fin de journée Lieu enchanteur à deux pas d’une petite plage, pas loin de l’île de caprera que l’on peut visiter à son rythme.

A relaxing stay

Really nice stay! The property was very clean and pleasant. Loredana was very kind and very quick in responding to any query I had. The beach few steps away was absolutely divine!

Beautiful Villa in Paradise

The owner was very helpful throughout the process of booking and during our stay. We were a couple with a car and there was ample room for us inside and outside the villa. The villa is well equipped with everything needed to make your holiday run smoothly. The villa itself is beautiful - home from home with all mod cons. The village is very central - 5 minutes to La Maddalena and a beautiful beach every 2 minutes along the coastline. There were beaches galore. We really felt that we were in paradise. Thank you Loredana, for allowing us to really enjoy our stay on Maddalena. We will definitely be back!
