Located less than a mile from Tahoe City, you will love this waterfront complex! It has a small, private beach - great for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or even just lounging. Close to hiking and bike trails, a boat ramp and major ski resorts. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, outdoor BBQ, and pier. The condo has 4 bedrooms, all with new mattresses and box springs, and sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 3 newly remodeled bathrooms, and 2 beautiful, sunshine-filled outdoor decks. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room, and laundry facilities on site. Free Wifi availible and Smart TV for streaming. Very spacious and comfortable .

Great Condo near the Lake

Great 4 bedroom condo near the lake. The house was clean and well stocked. We loved being able to spread out in 4 bedrooms. We will return.

Fantastic house and host

We loved our stay at the house. Well stocked kitchen, comfy living room and bedrooms, excellent location, and Mike was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. We plan to come back!

Cozy Cabin by the lake

The location was the best part, it was about 20 minutes from Palisades and a quick 1 minute walk to the lake. The host was very friendly and gave a very detailed check in process. The only issue was the cleanliness of the cabin, a lot of the dishes/utensils were dirty and they lacked a lot of cooking pans, so we weren’t really able to cook anything. The towels also had a smell to them and had some stains on there and the beds did not seem to be too clean. There was also no shower supplies (the host did tell me in advance) but I assumed we would at least have hand soap, but there was nothing. It’s a cute cabin though and has great vibes with a great host.

Nice and comfortable

We enjoyed the house. In a good location. House has ample space and is outfitted nicely. There weren't any shampoo or soap for showers.

Would be great if the host could provide condiments

I’ve been booking home stay around Lake Tahoe area for many years. It’s the first time the host told me condiments are not provided. Though pot and plates are provided. Otherwise everything is good.

Quiet and comfortable place nestled in the shady woods

Beary Nice Property

Great property. We only had 5 but can easily sleep 8 if you don’t mind sharing beds. The kitchen was good enough that we cooked almost every meal. Would stay again, just to count more bears (there are many many bear tchotchkes).

Lovely condo!

We were delighted to stay at this condo! Plenty of room to stretch out, we all had our own rooms, and the place feels like home. Close to the water and downtown Tahoe City, with plenty of things to do. The host was friendly and helpful and our check in process was super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place, and would come back again!

Busy weekend

Great place for our family

The property had everything we needed. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and we enjoyed them. The lake was right there..1 min walk! We enjoyed the sunset and sunrise on the dock. The stars at night was beautiful because there was very little light. Safeway is 4 minutes away. If we decide to come to Lake Tahoe again, we will definitely book this place. Thanks Mike for the quick responses too!

Better than expected!

This was a perfect spot for a small reunion of long time friends. We were thrilled with the proximity to the water, the beach access, the pool and the pickle ball court! Plenty of room to gather, cook, play board games, along with comfortable and quiet bedrooms. We found this place to be better than the photos: more spacious and plenty of light! I’d love to go back.

Great location--just a little way from town--about a 20 min walk--Mike is a GREAT and VERY helpful!

Comfy and very homey. Parking is easy--the kitchen has ALL the amenities you need. Beds are comfy--bathrooms are great---location is perfect---quiet setting, but close to town!

Wonderful condo; great for a family vacay!

We loved this condo, and as a family we had a wonderful time staying at this property! Cooking was easy, we had everything we needed; & the amenities on the grounds--swimming pool, pickle ball, volleyball court, pier to the lake--all were fantastic!
