It is ideal for FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, who seek comfort, tranquility and privacy.
The house has 2 large rooms, for 4 people, EVERYTHING IS PRIVATE, the area is very quiet and is very close to El Vendrell, where you will have all kinds of services, including train station and coaches.
The house has air conditioning, is fully furnished including garden furniture and pool. Plot of 800 m flat, with wooded area, swimming pool with solarium, barbecue and three covered porches. For its comfort and tranquility is highly recommended for families or seniors.
Parking and covered barbecue area.
At 100 m we have the bakery with a mini-super and at the entrance of the urbanization (1 km) there are hypermarkets and leisure area, with restaurants, supermarket, cinemas and bowling.
In the price is included, towels, linens and final cleaning.
Preferable non-smokers.
Pets are not allowed
