We are landlords who have just discovered serviced and holiday accommodation. This gives us the opportunity to create a unique space that is unusual and yet comfortable for anyone staying away from home.
It is our passion, and our pleasure to design a space for our guests and we strive to make that space different from the competition.
John has always worked in the building trade and in property, of late, dealing with tenants and condition surveys on houses.
Whereas Jane has run successful businesses for many years in the cosmetics industry but loves design and furniture up cycling and painting.
We are silver surfers and, as we are second marriage, our large family now consists of 7 grown up children and 9 beautiful grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

This property is part of a Georgian listed building that had been converted into offices and let get into disrepair when it was taken over and completely renovated. The renovations are sympathetic to the old building and most of the original features have been left in place for conservation.
So you will find modern amenities within the walls of this lovely house.

What makes this property unique

It is in a convenient position, with countryside within walking distance in one direction and many restaurants and shopping centres in the other direction. Burton is a town steeped in the history of the brewing industry and for those interested in beer there are many places of interest! We are opposite the National Brewery Museum so the beer in the bar is very fresh, but the centre also host many events and shows you will enjoy.
There are restaurants of every taste within easy walking distance.
