The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (one suite with double bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds) 2 bathrooms (1 in the suite), 1 toilet, and a wide list of additional services and amenities:
- American kitchen
- Living room with access to porch
- Porch with table and chairs
- Garage
- Barbecue
- Swimming pool and Garden

Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.
Final cleaning is included.
