January 2020 Getaway

We stayed at Natalies lovely apartment for 14 nights in January and had a lovely break. Natalie was so helpful with great communication and despite a 1am arrival was there to meet us and show us around. The apartment is in a beautiful location and is very well appointed with everything we needed to make it our 'Home from Home' for 2 weeks. My wife is in a wheelchair and there were no access difficulties, Parking in the covered parking area was easily accessed via a lift. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable, especially sitting out on the beautiful patio area with those stunning views out into the Med and seeing the mountains of Africa in the distance. Local shops and supermakets are close at hand (800 mtrs to Aldi and 1.5Km to Carrefour). We'll certainly be trying to slot in another visit. Thanks so much Natalie.

Beautiful Stay

The property was spacious for 2 people, had all the facilities we needed, and was very clean. The local area was peaceful. We were warmly greeted upon arrival which greatly smoothed the check-in and out processes. The pictures provided in the listing don't do the sea views justice! The local town was very quaint, with a traditional Spanish feel, but had great amenities. The supermarket was only a short drive, there were plenty of nice restaurants and take-aways with a minimum walk of 10 minutes. Our particular favourite was Fredericks. Overall, our stay was excellent and would not hesitate in recommending this location and apartment.

Magnifique appartement , vue incroyable !

Magnifique appartement , suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir 6 adultes . Très propre, au calme, dans une très belle résidence, à 20 minutes de l’aéroport de Malaga .Deux belles chambres avec une très bonne literie , une salle de bains avec baignoire et wc, une salle d’eau avec douche et Wc, un salon séjour avec canapé convertible très confortable . Cuisine entièrement équipée et fonctionnelle . Wifi parfaite. Très belle terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et la ville . Garage fermé compris dans la location . Très bon contact avec Natalie et Maïté , toujours disponibles, agréables et soucieuses de faire pour le mieux pour leurs hôtes . Merci à toutes les deux ! Je ne peux que vous encourager à y séjourner , vous y passerez d’excellentes vacances !!

Très bel appartement bien agencé avec une vue spectaculaire sur la mer!! Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible Très belle Ville de Benalmádena Avec ces plages et ses restaurants... Amazing views, beautiful apartment!

I would definitely recommend this lovely, clean, cool apartment. Very well equipped, fabulous views from the balcony watching the sun rise to start your day! Great location, a short walk into the beautiful quaint village, plenty of bars, tavernas & great places to eat. Great beaches and plenty of places of interest to visit, would recommend using taxis(Uber)

HORRIBLE/FALSE EXPERIENCE

Online when I saw the property it looked very nice and clean and the add said newly refurbished. This was absolutely false. Everything about what we encountered was false. We left 2-days after we checking in. We were booked and paid for 2 weeks and nothing was returned or refunded. Interaction with the owners and management was so bad. The place was filthy and the furniture was not new. We didn't even want to sit down. They ask for a cleaning fee but do not use it. This place is located about 40 minutes from Malaga , not 20 min like stated. It is in the Mountains and no one will come to pick you up, not even a taxi without charging you triple the amount. Once again not put in the ad. There is not a dryer in the apartment as well. I wrote to the owner immediately after booking to ask about the location and the places in the vicinity. This is not close to anything. The bathroom was broken with water everywhere. My wife fell and hurt herself and when we called the owner they did not care and told her to book a more expensive place next time. Not until we called VRBO did they decide to show up and did not fix anything. This is the first time we have used VRBO and this by far was the worst experience we have ever had staying somewhere. AVOID this place if you want to enjoy yourself. THE OWNER IS NOT KIND AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! Save yourself the heartache and book with someone else.

La estancia ha sido muy buena,. El apartamento acogedor, con todo lo necesario y tanto Natalie como Maite muy atentas antes de llegar alli, y a la llegada. Yo vivo cerca del mar, pero no tengo en mi casa esas vistas maravillosas desde la terraza, volveria sin duda

This Apartment was one of the best I've ever stayed in, it has all you need amenity wise, Natalie and Maite , were brilliant, the communication was spot on, the pictures of the view from the apartment doesn't do it Justice it is amazing

Benalmádena best view

La situation géographique de las terrazas del mar permet d apprécier la vie typique andalouse et la beauté de ces villages blancs fleuris. L appartement dispose de toute la fonctionnalité et de tous les équipements nécessaires à passer d excellentes vacances. De plus la propriétaire est disponible et très réactive pour les locataires. Je recommande vivement las terrazas del mar vous ne regretterez pas.
