Beautiful apartment located on the top floor (without elevator) in the picturesque district of Kalsa, a stone's throw from the botanical garden and Piazza Kalsa.
From the entrance door you enter the large and super-equipped kitchen, which also features a snack counter and a dishwasher. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
In the living room, furnished in bright colors, you will find a sofa bed, TV and table; from the kitchen, two steps lead to the bedroom on the right, furnished with a French bed, wardrobe and TV. On the left is the bathroom with shower. A wall closet located between the bathroom and the bedroom hides the washing machine. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the upper level, which features an air-conditioned attic with a French bed, reaching a maximum height of 2m and a minimum height of 1.60m. From here guests can also access the terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Piazza Kalsa and from which you can also see the sea on one side and the church of Spasimo on the other. The terrace is equipped for your relaxation: here you will find tables and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with induction hob.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
Our apartment is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the main railway station, also bus stop for the airport shuttle.
