SWALOW 'S LOVE " is a newly built 2017 two level, 4 bedroom, 4 bath log cabin that offers a quaint wooded view setting. The cabin is located only 3 miles from the Arts and Crafts community in Gatlinburg. It is just a few short minutes from downtown, and all the area's most popular attractions. The cabin is beautifully furnished and tastefully
decorated with custom log furniture .
-SWALOW 'S LOVE is one of the 5 cabins that are located in the private complex Birds Eye View as Sweet Hummingbird # 821696 and Falcon Nest #821888 , Condor 's Wings # 1027736 and Eagles Dreams #821889 just nearly one of the other in the same complex Birds Eye View . This new cabin is great for the whole family .
Dining In? Enjoy the added convenience of a fully equipped kitchen on the main level with stainless steel appliances, all your cooking needs and the dining area .
The main level has a 4 King bedroom with a bath and one of them is a master bedroom. Also in the loft is another gaming area for the kids 2 twin bunkbed and a pool table . Outside on the covered deck you will find the Hot tub to soak your weary bones after a great day of hiking in the national park and in another big deck has a bbq grill to enjoy with all family and friends.

Beautiful cabin in the mountains!

My only complaint is the driveway! Super steep and not easy to manage however the pros out weighed the cons. The beds very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing after a day of activities. Highly recommend this property.

Best Cabin!!

Incredible!!! Everything is very clean, the cabins are much more beautiful in person than in photos. The attention was incredible. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful cabin!

The cabin is beautiful. My family and I loved our stay at this cabin-It was perfect for us! The inside and outside is clean. My only complaint is the driveway!! It is VERY steep-We had two minivans in our crew and one SUV. The SUV did not have any trouble getting up the driveway, but it was a struggle with our minivans. If it’s icy, raining, or snowing-you may plan to just stay inside and not go anywhere. Definitely need an SUV or truck to get up this driveway EASILY. Other than that, everyone was very friendly to deal with and made our stay wonderful! Thank you Romina!

Family Christmas trip

This was our annual Christmas gift to our children. There were thirteen in all. Plenty of room, eight adults and five children. Question/concerns immediate response from owner and taken care of. We had a great stay, this was our second year.

Family Vacation

The cabin was amazing!! The location was beautiful, but the driveway is quite steep. Parking at our cabin became complicated when the neighboring cabin became occupied, since the two share a driveway. I highly suggest replacing the coffee pot carafe, before someone gets burned or injured. The handle was already broken when we checked in, which made it difficult to get that morning cup of coffee. We had younger children with us and were concerned about the number of spiders around the outside of the cabin by the deck. May want to have that checked out. All in all, a fun and enjoyable trip was had by all.

Family getaway

The cabin was great! Very roomy the bedrooms did get a little warm but if you opened the doors it would help to cool them. The only issue is the driveway. Sometimes you bottom out in the car and you have to share the driveway with the other cabin and it can get tight to get out if they don’t pull up in the driveway to their cabin, other than that it’s a nice place to stay!

Clean and spacious but....

The cabin was beautiful w spacious accomodations and modern amenities. However communicating with the owner was a bit tricky. She was nice but it took a while to get checkin info (recieved 3 days beforehand) and she was unable to resolve issues at the cabin. The biggest issue was the AC would not cool the cabin. The AC would blow some cold air but temps in the cabin were in the 80s even with thermostat set below 70. When I asked her about it she said to make sure upstairs and downstairs temp was set to same temp. There was only one thermostat and no way to set different temps on different levels. We ended up sleeping w doors and windows open to let in a breeze and cooler air... and bugs. The jacuzzi in master bedroom would not hold water, stopper wouldn't go down. Also the driveway was shared with sister cabin and extremely steep. 4x4 is a must to get up it or you will bottom out. The landlord also did not know password to wifi. We found it on router though. The decking has a hazardous area where someone could split a toe if not careful due to a protruding board and screws. Only 1 trashbag provided for 10 people on 4 night stay. Housekeeping was great! Very clean.

Extended family Celebration

Three generations enjoyed 4 nights in this well equipped cabin up in the mountains. Twisty roads and a steep driveway led us to the cabin that had enough room for the 15 of us. We were able to hang out and eat together, go exploring and then come back to use the hot tub. We had a great time.

Cute and cozy but steep drive

Overall was a great cabin and very spacious for our group of 10. Communicating with the host wasn't the best and driveway is super steep and is shared with neighboring cabin. If you have a vehicle that sits low to the grown plan on parking down at the road and walking up. The cabin could've been stocked a little more with toiletry supplies to accommodate that many guests for 4 nights but overall it was a really nice cabin and we would definitely book again!

Nice and clean cabin. Beds slept really well, however the beds in the loft area could use better mattresses. Parking was a little difficult for 3 vehicles due to the steep drive. Overall I would recommend this cabin

Quiet cabin

We had no problems finding the property and we also fit 4 cars on site without any issue though we found the driveway fairly steep (2 of us backed down the driveway to leave). The kitchen and accommodations were great, and lots of room both on the main floor and upstairs. The kids loved the gaming area. The only downside is that there is another property close by so no one used the hot tub… as we could see the neighbor’s place from the porch. All the guests enjoyed the king beds and the number of bathrooms on premises are perfect. We liked sitting outside on the patio. We didn’t grill because it is a gas grill and we didn’t want to spend $50 on a tank.

No water and parking was awful.

The water kept knocking off. The house keeper had to be called every single morning of our stay which was 7 days., to work on water. Which ruined several of our plans for the mornings. The owner did not respond to two of my messages about the water and the fact we were ready to pack it up and go find a room somewhere. Neighbors had three vehicles and we only had one and this made it hard to park at our cabin.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This is our second year going to Gatlinburg. Last year we stayed in town. This year, it was nice to go visit town, but then get away from all the crazy. We ran into a couple issues, but communication with the property manager was good and she was able to get someone out to tend to the issues right away. We had grandparents and children there. All had so much fun! And the cabin was beautiful and so spacious! Close enough to town that you can go and be back to the house in 15-20 minutes. Just be careful with your car and the steep grade of the driveway….not meant for low rider vehicles.

Swallow's Love at Birdseye View properties

Beautiful location, amazing sunsets. The property was exactly as advertised. Our only complaint was the driveway going into the property. It is extremely steep! If you don't have an SUV type vehicle that sits higher your vehicle will scrape the concrete going in and out. I found I had to really " Goose" the gas before entering the driveway to get up it. The owners really need to extend the concrete past the porch area/hot tub area so there is a flat space to park more than one car. I think flattening out the hill area to the left and maybe putting a small retaining wall there with gravel would also allow more flat parking area. If the house next door has more than 2 cars parked out front they will need to be asked to pull as far forward as possible in order for you to get past their vehicles without hitting them if you are trying to get in. Other wise the property itself is beautiful inside and beds sleep well.

Overall, the stay was great. The cabin was clean and spacious and had anything we needed.

Only concern is that it stated that the cabin was in Gatlinburg, but it wasn't. We didn't know that until the night before when I was sent the address. The address should be listed so that people can determine if it's the best location to stay in. Also, the bathrooms need to be clearly noted. Two bedrooms have a private bath, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (Jack & Jill). The fourth bathroom is upstairs in the loft area. It would have been good to know that ahead of time, as we stayed there with friends, not family.

Christmas Vacation

The property is beautiful, views are great. Parking is only ok driveway and parking is shared with another property so more than 3-4 cars would be almost impossible. Communication with host was a little difficult emailed twice with no answer, but in the end all worked out. Wish we had had some chairs on porch, picnic tables but no chairs. The whole family enjoyed our stay. Gave each of us privacy with the 4 bedroom with attached bath floor plan.

It's great location to everything, Shopping, Hiking, Great Smoky Mountains, Dinner Shows. You could be there for a week and do something different and new every day.
We have tried to provide our guests the opportunity to stay in our cabins for wedding events and family reunions. Providing side by side cabins offers togetherness and privacy at the same time.

What makes this property unique

The benefits that I enjoy most are the beautiful mountain views, hiking in the woods and the quiet setting. The cabins are located on a small country road with just an occasional car passing by, which is a real treat for someone who lives in one of the most heavily populated areas , easy access to all of the amenities offered by Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet located in a secluded, heavily wooded, quiet area with beautiful mountain views.
Our cabin has a cozy warm feeling to it with comfort being our biggest priority.
