The entrance hall leads to a comfortable lounge, modern dining room and kitchen. Perfect for families and couples alike, upstairs offers a king size master bedroom, and two bedrooms offering three single beds.
Wadebridge is a bustling market town perfectly placed to access several beaches. Just a few miles away are the beautiful beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock, and in the other direction Tregirls, Harlyn and Padstow. The town is perfect for just groceries, retail therapy, or simply just sitting watching the world go by in the numerous coffee houses. The spacious parks in the town offer numerous play areas for all ages of children along with tennis courts, cricket pitch and bowling green for the sporty. Wadebridge is also the start of the stunning Camel Trail for bike rides to either Padstow or Bodmin.

Summer holiday 2022

We found the property a great base for our two week family holiday, the house was really well presented and equipped. The location is quite but really close to Wadebridge and the Camel trail which we did both ways. Wadebridge has lots of shops and food options, we had lovey fish and chips from Jon’s Fish and Chips at the bottom of the hill. Mel was a really great host and was really responsive to questions before and during the stay and provided some local information. We were also able to get into the property early which was great after a long drive down.

Lovely stylish house!

We really enjoyed our trip to Wadebridge. Firstly, Mel is extremely helpful and let us know the property was available early for check in, which was useful after a long trip. The house is spotless and very nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. Wadebridge was a great location to explore the local area without being too busy. Thanks Mel!

Wadebridge

Lovely property with excellent decor and facilities. Towels and soap provided along with cleaning products, also milk, tea, coffee and sugar and some Cornish goodies including cookies and coffee. Master bedroom very spacious, other bedrooms a little on the small side. Property situated on a busy road which was a little noisy during the week once traffic picked up in the morning around 6.30/7.00 a.m although this was not too much of an issue. Wadebridge is a lovely town with several pubs and restaurants and is also a good location for visiting other areas including Tintagel, Fowey, and Padstow. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the property.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location.

The house is stunning and felt a real home from home. Mel was a great host and answered any questions I had very quickly. Wadebridge is a great base for travelling around Cornwall and has all the amenities you need.

Great place to explore Cornwall

We had a fabulous time at this place. It was extremely clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Wadebridge is also a quaint town that was a 5-10 walk away. It was a great base to visit Cornwall’s gorgeous beaches and attractions. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Immaculately Presented Home from Home

There is nothing we could fault with this lovely holiday home. Mel the owner was incredibly fast at responding and even let us have a slightly earlier check-in. On arrival the presentation and cleanliness was outstanding, every detail had been considered. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are brilliant. This house will give anyone a wonderful relaxing stay.

Beautiful house

Had a fabulous 4night stay. House is beautiful,with everything you could wish for. Has lovely decking area but wasn't the weather to sit outside sadly. Great for camel trail , very central. Mel is a fabulous host . Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Comfortable home

Amazing stay, easy check in process, Mel the host was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was comfortable, clean and everything that one would need is provided. Loved the fact that it even had a bbq for us to use. Location is great too with just 10 mins walk into town center. Loved the stay, excellent host, highly recommended.
