About this property
Eusebio mansion. Stylish/luxury property in historic building
Ancient Renaissance palace built on medieval tower structures in the city center of Lucca.
The property is located at the first floor of the building, has frescoed walls and ceilings and is furnished with original antique furniture.
You enter a large hall overlooking the square which was originally used as music room. It has a piano, original furniture and it has walls and ceiling completely frescoed. From the hall you enter the master bedroom which is obtained in the space corresponding to one of the three towers that originally marked the square. The master bedroom is decorated in Pompeian-style and contains an eighteenth-century canopy bed. The other door of the hall leads to a hallway from which you enter the second bedroom, the bathroom and the dining / living room. The second bedroom has two single beds in Venetian style and the ceiling is decorated with fresco. Both master and second bedrooms are equipped with tv-set.
The bathroom, built in the Thirties of the 19-th century by the Cantagalli manufacture from Florence, has two-tone tiles with marine motifs and ceramic shells for use as soap and lamp holders and is embellished with decorations with Greek writings. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bidet, a toilet and a bathtub also for shower use.
The dining / living room has a large table, two armchairs, tv-set and a single sofa bed which can be used as a bed for children.
Few steps lead to the kitchen whose windows overlook a large garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A spiral staircase leads to a small laundry room with a washing machine and a laundry washing stack.
The apartment is also accessible by lift which opens into the kitchen: however, some steps must be climbed to reach the other rooms of the apartment.
The apartment is in the historic center just a few minutes from Piazza San Michele, the heart of the town, and as such it is at the center of city life.
The house will be appreciated especially by those who love ancient art and those who appreciate and respect the history of the place.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is located in a limited traffic area and therefore it is necessary to leave the car in the parking lots to the north outside the city walls and access on foot or by bus or taxi. From the station you enter the historic center on foot.
