Condor's Wing" is one of the fourth cabins that are located in the private complex Birds Eye View as Eagle Dream #821889, Sweet Hummingbird #821696,Falcon Nest#821888 ,and Swallow 's Love #1027229 just in the same area one of the other .
Condor's Wing" is just a few short minutes from downtown, and all the area's most popular attractions. The new cabin is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with custom log furniture and offers a quiet wooded view setting - this cabin is great for the whole family.
Have a big and confortable deck ,with a Bbq grill to enjoy a good time with all family and friends.
In the kitchen on the main level you will find it fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, all your cooking needs and the dining area, living room, bathroom and a king bedroom.
The kids will love the loft game room with pool table,football table and Jokey Table and also you will find a set of twin bunks in the loft as well.

It was okay
The house is beautiful but needs some work. The theatre chairs are peeling like crazy, cracked tv screen in the bedroom, broken lamp in living room, hot tub water smelled like fish. Parking is kinda scary and the driveway is steep. The host was very receptive and prompt with relies.

We paid more for this place than others simply because it had the game room and theater room. Boy were we disappointed!! The pool table was broken as were all the sticks. The chairs in the theater room were peeling so bad that we couldn't use them because we got black vinyl all over us the one time we did use it. Some of the tv's didn't work. None of the games worked. The big tub in the master bedroom took about an hour to fill up enough for the jets to run so it was practically unusable. Blinds were broken, tiles broken, beds were not great and we found socks that were not ours...This was a total disappointment for our family, especially considering the money we paid! Its such a shame too because the house is beautiful and has so much potential! I would not recommend this place at all...

Overall good experience. Movie room TV was a struggle to get working as the devices plugged into the TV, like the PS4 and cable, we’re not working. Pool table was also in extremely rough shape and unusable. Refrigerator also ran extremely loud and should be looked at soon. Otherwise cabin was in good condition. The view on the balcony and hot tub were great

We encountered several issues from infestation of bugs, tvs not hooked up or working. Tub faucets disconnected and not providing hot water. Oven didn't work and could only cook on grill.

Don't rent this house or from this owner
Slow to respond to questions about bugs. Only will text. Left number but doesn't answer. Earlier review mentioned roaches in kitchen. When asked, she just said all will be taken care of. NOT TRUE. Started killing them when we walked in the door. Kitchen, baths, walls, dining table, cabinets, counters. Even our baby's pac n play!! So we sprayed. She finally answered by saying we are in the country. You have bugs in the country. I've been renting over 3 decades. Never have I ever had roaches!!!She was a very poor communicator. Feel like she just left us hanging. Someone came 2nd day after about 5 requests and used a can of Raid? We had a large party of 4 families with no where else to go. It's sad because it's a beautiful cabin, as you can see from the pictures. Just not cared for. The renters across the drive didn't have any. So beautiful as it is. Stay AWAY!!

As some other reviewers posted, there is certainly a cleanliness issue. Many bugs in the kitchen - mostly roaches which would scurry around first thing in the morning when the lights went on. Really gross to see this when expecting a clean stay and when paying so much. Other issues included broken and/or damaged things like the entry door handle, empty propane tank, missing batteries in the smoke detectors, just to name a few off the top of my head. Prior to our stay i had a hard time getting in touch with the owner and only once Vrbo sent a message did she get in touch with me. I asked about the cleanliness issues and some of the other issues that we read in reviews and was assured there are no issues. You can take that for what it is but the reviews speak for themselves. On a positive note, the house was big enough for our large group with enough beds for 11 (more if sharing beds). The deck was large and nice.

Attention Needed!
The property is beautiful, was clean and very well kept! However, when we arrived there was an issue with the water. The owner did send out someone to repair but it was NOT completed until 7pm the NEXT DAY! We were unable to properly use the facilities! The owner did not call us, but sent a message through the app on the initial day, however there was no follow-up. I was disappointed that I couldn't call them directly. Also, there is a jacuzzi advertised and it was there, however, that thing had not been cleaned or used in a very long time. When we took the top off, it smelled like years old stale water, completely unable to be used, full of bacteria! That was really unfortunate.

NO WATER
We had no water 4 out the 6 days we were renting this house...no dishwasher, no washing machine, no showers, and we had to use water from the hot tub to fill toilet tanks to flush!!!! I left messages with the property manager/owner, but she would never actually speak to me. She did send repairmen out multiple times for temporary fixes, but she did NOT make any effort to find our group of 12, family ages 2- 57, any other accommodations. We ended up spending a lot more money purchasing cases of bottled water and eating meals out (we couldn't wash dishes). This was not an isolated incident. The house up the hill, housing a similar number of people, owed/managed by the same person, was also trying navigate a vacation with no water. DO BETTER!!!!

Beautiful home but dissatisfied
This is a very beautiful home and very spacious but we found several issues with it that we unresolved. We tried to light a fire in the fire place only to find that there was no gas to light it. We asked the owner about this but they never responded. We found roaches in the kitchen with no help from the owner on how to remediate them. I contacted the owner about this and all they said was, we should remember we are in the woods. We are from the country and don’t have roaches in our house. There is a pool table but there is only one pool stick that was useable. There is an air hockey table in the picture but it has been removed. We also let the owner know of an issue with the jacuzzi tub faucet but again no response. Just very disappointing because it is a very beautiful home. These issues were all fixable but the owner was unwilling to help us out or even respond. Also, the drive is VERY steep, you have to drive in at an angle to get up it.

Spring Break getaway.
Very beautiful cabin with perfect view and location to surrounding activities. Overall was very happy with the cabin, very clean and perfect for the four families. We did encounter a little problem with insects in the kitchen. A side from that we would definitely rent this cabin again.

The roads getting there were sketchy. The parking is horrible, only a truck could park in the driveway, no cars! It was clean!!!! Refrigerator stopped working but the host sent over someone to fix it within 2 hours, started working again. Overall, it was nice. Great for kids.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had enough room for all of us to stay but the cleanliness was less than adequate. There was a used condom wrapper in one of the bedrooms and in one of the beds when we pulled the sheets back it had old french fries. There was no toilet paper provided and there was no lights on the front porch. You really should talk to your cleaning people because if you were paying them they are not doing a job that is satisfactory for this level of home. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Great time but some things could be improved
Overall great trip and house was perfect size for our large group. Steep driveway might be difficult for some vehicles to use but that can be expected in the mountains. Minor issues could have been avoided such as leaking kitchen sink, fridge leaked some and fireplace had no gas for the entire length of our stay. Was looking forward to lighting fires each night but that didn’t ruin the trip.

The cabin was great! But getting up the road and in the driveway was a struggle. Lucky for me I had a few males with me that were fearless. Upon departure we walked down the hill to get on the van so that the van would not scrape again. I would recommend the property owner post pictures from the front side of the cabin and the driveway so people know what to expect.

I was really excited when I booked this property in the spring because I had amazing reviews. Recently I see a lot of posts about the cabinet south having damage issues and unfortunately found that to be the case. There was an exposed outlet in the floor which was an issue with small children. The kids couldn’t use the air hockey table or the foosball table because both are damaged, one with exposed staples sticking out of it. The pool table itself has a small dent and rips in it. All of this was really disappointing as we had booked this cabin specifically for those amenities for the children. But the game room itself ended up being unsafe. Almost all the exterior lights were burned out and there were wasps on the patio so we weren’t fully able to utilize the gorgeous deck either. The location itself is awesome especially if you want some thing that feels more remote but is perfectly placed between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kitchen came fully stocked which was a nice plus and the movie theater room was nice. This place could be great. It’s disappointing that clearly the manager of the property is aware that there are issues with it and they haven’t done repairs or replacements to make it worth the cost of staying here.

Overall the house was great. We really enjoyed our time. I was surprised that it isn’t mentioned in the listing the steep driveway (some of us parked on the street due to scraping on our vehicles). Some of the games in game room are broken which was a bummer for the teenagers. The property manager was quick to respond and the house and location was perfect.

This cabin is a nice looking home with a pretty good layout. It was a comfortable place to stay with comfortable beds. The back porch was a great place to relax. The downside of the property is that it didn't seem very well maintained. There were a lot of small things throughout the cabin that were broken. One would be understandable, but there were several. The biggest issues were the hot tub didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. The air hockey table has a huge dent in the middle of the table and it felt like it was about to fall over. The foosball table was also pretty rickety. Some of recliners in the media room didn't work very well. Laundry closet door was missing. Door locks didn't work well. There was an ant infestation in one of the bedrooms. Despite all of those things, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin.
We Should have been told that we should drive a pickup or SUV, the pickup made it up the driveway without dragging, the car dragged at the transition from the road to the driveway. The cabin was nice, well equipped, needed some maintenance; gutters cleaned, door handles replaced, faucets moved when used, light bulbs replaced, hot tub needs chemicals. Litter was everywhere around cabin grounds.

We purchase in 2012 this private mountain, where we build 5 cabins which are , "SWEET HUMMINGBIRD " VRBO #821696, “FALCONS NEST VRBO #821888, “EAGLES DREAM VRBO#821889.SWALLOW'S LOVE VRBO #1027229,and CONDOR WINGS VRBO #102736 Have panoramic sitting high on the mountain.
It's great location to everything, Shopping, Hiking, Great Smoky Mountains, Dinner Shows. You could be there for a week and do something different and new every day.
We have tried to provide our guests the opportunity to stay in our cabins for wedding events and family reunions. Providing side by side cabins offers togetherness and privacy at the same time.

What makes this property unique

he benefits that I enjoy most are the beautiful mountain views, hiking in the woods and the quiet setting. The cabins are located on a small country road with just an occasional car passing by, which is a real treat for someone who lives in one of the most heavily populated areas , easy access to all of the amenities offered by Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet located in a secluded, heavily wooded, quiet area with beautiful mountain views.
Our cabin has a cozy warm feeling to it with comfort being our biggest priority.
