About this property

Vista Golf is a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment situated on a brand-new, gated and secured development right next to the Alhaurin Golf course. Only half an hour from Malaga Airport and less than 15 minutes from Mijas town or 25 minutes from the coastal towns of Fuengirola and Marbella.

The apartment is located on a first floor (with lift) and is right next to the swimming pool. It has been tastefully decorated and fitted with all the modern comforts needed for a pleasant stay.

The spacious lounge/dinner, with its adjacent covered balcony, makes for the perfect place to relax over a nice lunch/diner and enjoy the fantastic far-reaching views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an open-planned and well-equipped kitchen (including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine).

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with double built-in wardrobes & an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobe. The peaceful communal pool and surrounding gardens are the perfect place for adults to unwind and for children to play safely.

The apartment is perfectly located to be used as a base to explore the many points of interest and exciting activities this area has to offer, or to simply make the most of the great weather, sunbathing by the poolside or enjoying a couple rounds of golf. All key amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, etc) can be found a couple of minutes’ drive away in Alhaurin el Grande.

There is also a secured underground parking bay for the exclusive use of the guests.

Golfers paradise with stunning view.

The stunning view draws you in to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The appartement is beautiful and very quiet as there is a door to separate the living quarters with the bedrooms. The ambient noice from the neighbors was non existent. The parking is very practical with an elevator ride outside the front door leading to the garage making it easy and fast to bringing suitcases and groceries. Juan was the perfect host being very promp with his responses. The only negative is that the master bedroom did not have a king sized bed as stated.

Apartamento totalmente equipado, y seguro ( con vigilancia). En campo de golf, así que muy tranquilo. Imprescindible coche para moverte. Hemos estado muy cómodos y cualquier duda ha sido resuelto rápidamente por el propietario.

A ‘peace’ of Heaven

If you are looking for pool parties and discos this is not the place for you. If you are looking to relax and unwind amidst stunning scenery then this is the apartment for you. Both the layout and decor are fantastic and there is all you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect and ideal as a base for day trips, lounging by the pool or reading your book and watching golfers in play from the balcony. A short drive away is Mijas beach where Samba will reserve you a sun lounger, the beach restaurant is very good and the waiters will also serve drinks and food on the beach. Mijas Pueblo is also worth a visit. Al Haurin el Grande is a 10 minute drive and well worth a visit to pick up essentials or to enjoy tapas in the square. If you don’t mind a longer drive, take a day trip to Ronda you will not be disappointed. Puerto Banus is nice for a walk around the Marina and designer shops also Benalmadena and Fuengirola have lots of places to eat, especially fish on the beach. Close by are supermarkets for supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to dine in. I can not recommend this apartment enough - we had a fantastic holiday and I cannot praise Juan and his agent Christina enough for thier hospitality and customer service.
