The house is located on the north bank of the Arosa estuary, Barbanza peninsula

The house was built in 1860, is located one kilometer from the fluvial beach of Catoira,

 and four kilometers from the blue flag beaches of Tanxil and Torre

Located in a quiet village surrounded by countryside and well connected at the mouth of the Ulla River,
