Getting Around:
Getting to and from the apartment is very easy given its city central location. The easiest way to get to the property from the airport is by taxi. If you prefer public transport, take the Aircoach from the airport to the Kildare street stop; a return trip only costs €14. The property is only a short walk from this stop.
Being so central, most of your journeys can be made by foot. If you would prefer using public transport, you will also have easy access to several bus routes on Merrion Square, and on the quays. Pick up a Leap card from a local newsagent and you will be able to use all public transport across the city while you are here.
Another great way to get around the city is cycling, a 3-day pass costing only €5, with bike stations throughout the city. The nearest bike stand to the property is directly outside of the apartment.
it is a 2 minute walk to Pearse Street DART station where you can take the DART to the beautiful harbours, cliff walks and beach areas of Dublin!
If you wish to pop out of the city, you can do day trips to other cities and towns in the West and South of Ireland such as Westport, Galway and Cork. The two main intercity train stations in Dublin are called Heuston and Connolly.
