About this property

Cozy and spacious apartment with sea views, suggestive view of the Gulf of Tigullio, on the second floor with lift, free beach in front, can accommodate 5 people, parking space in private parking. Ideal for those wishing to combine a peaceful beach holiday with the discovery of the Cinque Terre. The apartment I rent is a gem with original nineteenth century ceilings and floors overlooking the Tigullio Gulf. It is located on the second floor with a lift, at the end of the promenade, towards the Sant'Anna gallery and can accommodate five guests.

Guest Access

The apartment has a bedroom with three beds (one single + a bunk bed) and a double bedroom. In the kitchen you can prepare the dishes to savor in the dining room illuminated by the sunset. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine available. Hot water is supplied by a gas boiler.

Interaction with guests

I have a habit of keeping a constant telephone contact with my guests via sms / calls to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Other things to highlight

For those arriving by car, a closed parking space is available in a private outdoor car park behind the house. For those who love sports, on the seafront, not far from the apartment, there are tools to train.

Appartamento con fascino e storia.

Appartamento all'inizio della città. Comodo parcheggio privato. Soffitti decorati e molto alti come tipico dell'inizio del secolo scorso. Purtroppo la manutenzione come tinteggiatura e impianti avrebbe bisogno di una grande revisione.

Host responsiva e disponibile. Casa decisamente affascinante, forse un po' decadente... Ma la vista che si gode dal soggiorno fa soprassedere le piccole pecche. Posizione fronte spiaggia, perfetta!!

Bella casa d’epoca

La posizione è comodissima, si attraversa la strada è si è in spiaggia. La casa è vecchia, ma bella, soffitti affrescati e mobilio anni trenta. Consigliata a chi ama le atmosfere retró.

Bella casa d’epoca con vista

La casa è molto bella, anni Venti del secolo scorso, con soffitti affrescati e una splendida vista dalle finestre della sala da pranzo che affacciano sul mare. Tutto è nel gusto dell’epoca, cosa che noi abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, compreso il fatto che le stoviglie sono di vetro e ceramica, niente in plastica. Gli infissi sono quelli originali e avrebbero bisogno di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione, ma sicuramente contribuiscono all’atmosfera piacevolmente rétro della casa. Non abbiamo incontrato la proprietaria che però ha organizzato molto bene tutte le fasi del nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente è stata una bella vacanza, anche per la posizione a un passo dal mare. Unico neo, che però è comune a molte case di Sestri Levante, non è particolarmente silenziosa, soprattutto per la vicinanza alla strada. La cosa però non ci ha disturbato più di tanto, ben compensata dai pregi di questo alloggio.

Un sogno a due passi dal mare

Posizione ottima (fronte mare) e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sestri. Appartamento spazioso, pulito, confortevole e ben arredato. Affreschi ai soffitti magnifici. Il punto forte è il salotto blu con doppia vista sul mare (mozzafiato). Bellissimo! Proprietaria cortese, disponibile e gentilissima. Da tornare ASSOLUTAMENTE

Appartamento sul mare!

La casa di Chiara è ampia, luminosa, spaziosa e ben attrezzata. La descrizione corrisponde al vero, ma le parole non bastano per descrivere la splendida vista sul mare che si ha dalla sala da pranzo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e vengono fornite biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina. Ulteriori valori aggiunti sono il comodo posto auto riservato è il fatto che basta attraversare la strada per essere in spiaggia! Sicuramente ci ritorno con molto piacere. Chiara è una persona disponibile e molto gentile.
