Villa of 180 m2 located 15 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the sea in a residential and quiet area, south facing with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2,000 m2 of land with large heated pool, terrace with plancha corner and shower, landscaped garden, large parking.

Outstanding

The property is beautiful. The garden, the view, the pool and the villa are wonderful and the location as well. The first rental we would call close to perfection. The villa has its personality and its character, but is well kept and truly enjoyable. The owner and his service company are very responsive and friendly. 100% recommended. Will come back.

Do not hesitate to book this house!!!

A beautiful house with lots of character. Many spaces both inside and outside to rest, dine, have a glass of wine with friends. Even with 8 or more guests it would not feel crowded. Pool- perfection. Location- perfectly situated close to the town but in a very, very quiet neighborhood. A few things to know- the address of the house that is sent from the arbitel website is not correct, so use the address that comes from the management agency (it’s very easy to find!) and note that there are small sets of stairs to take you to the different levels of the house. It could be tricky if you have someone with mobility issues. Otherwise- book today!!!!

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely. As good as the photos. The pool is amazing. The house is charming older French home with lots of space to spread out. We had a group of 7 and it never felt crowded. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms have air conditioning but not the common areas. There was a heat wave during our stay, so we really felt the heat. A fan would be a great addition. Everything was spotless on arrival. Overall, it was a great stay.

Brilliant Villa and reasonably priced!

We have stayed at Villas in the South of France many times now including twice in Sainte Maxime which is a beautiful town. This villa is really well located for being able to walk into the restaurants and shops. The true standout features are the outside area such as the pool which is huge and well maintained with lots of space to relax by and for the kids to run and jump into. The outdoor BBQ and dining area are great to use and the view is stunning. There is also a great shaded area just off the lounge with lots of comfy seating The inside is well laid out and the bedrooms are comfy with great aircon. We are out every night but prepared lunch at home and did think that the kitchen was missing a few pots and pans that would have been useful. This was a brilliant holiday all round and we would highly recommend this Villa especially considering the cost of others that are nearby.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit mit der ganzen Familie in dem schönen Anwesen verbracht. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind der Highlight des Hauses. Die Angaben über das Haus waren alle korrekt. Nur die Küche bräuchte ein Facelifting. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Villa in St.Maxime

Wir haben den Garten und Pool sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer müffeln zum Teil wie in einem Keller, was sehr unangenehm ist. Für diesen Preis ein No-Go. Das Haus würden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Pool-Idylle mit charmantem, älteren Haus

Der Pool und die Aussicht sind sicher das Highlight des Objektes, das Haus ist schön etwas älter, aber in gutem Zustand. Der Pool war beheizt (optional), die Schlafzimmer sind funktional und die Bäder in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist OK, ein paar schönere Weingläser können nicht schaden. Die Sitzgruppe auf der Veranda ist TOP und das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse in der Morgensonne sehr angenehm.

Beautiful villa close to town

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The pool and terrace were wonderful, especially the views of the sea and the peaceful, tree-lined neighbourhood surroundings. Lots of outdoor furniture and also a boules court on a terrace above the pool, which had even better views and was lots of fun. It was only a 20 minute stroll or 15 minute fast walk into Sainte Maxime village. The layout of the villa provided many quiet corners where people could relax and take time for themselves, yet the common spaces were large and easy to bring people together to socialise. A full kitchen and a butler’s pantry with a full size fridge were great to have for our group. Plus we loved the convenience of having an internal laundry. The check in and check out was fairly simple but I agree with a previous review that the property manager was a little rude. However, the minor issues we had on arrival were swiftly dealt with and she was very responsive and quick with her communication. The person who opened the house for us was lovely but he was extremely rushed. (It’s possible that there is a shortage of staff and people get a bit stressed.) We would highly recommend this fabulous place and hope to return.

This is an incredible property, amazing location beautiful grounds and the pool is fabulous.

Easy walking distance to Saint maxime and an enjoyable boat trip across to St Tropez. One of the nicest villas we have stayed in.

Luxery Villa with stunning view

This luxery villa features a magnificent views and an amazing pool, it was heated so even in November it was very pleasant to swim in. The Villa is very spacious and the location is super with Many options in saint Maxime and neighbourhood . The communication with the host was very responsive and smooth. We would happily stay here again!
