About this property

This first floor, newly renovated, 1-bedroom cottage at Ebb Tide offers everything you need to feel at home! We are located on the beach side of Midnight Pass Rd in a small, privately owned complex. This cozy condo offers a 3 minute walk to a private and gated access to the #1 beach in the US, Crescent Beach. The saltwater pool is a 50 yard walk, and many bars and restaurants are right across the street!

The condo is very clean, bright, and airy with 'beachy' furnishings. Everything you could need is here, from the comfy king bed to the spacious queen sleeper sofa. Cook your catch of the day in the beautifully renovated kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the garden patio right out the back door at either the 4-person table or at the lounging set. Stay as connected (or dis-connected!) as you like with the cable TV and WiFi. Forgot your beach towel? No problem! We also included beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon to tote it all in.

You are a short walk away from restaurants, shops, grocery store, drug store, fish market, and bike and boat rental all in the South Village. Siesta Key Village is just a free cab ride up the road, and nearby Sarasota offers many attractions from malls, shopping, cultural downtown, and golf courses.

Amazing!

My friend Ann and I stayed June 13-18 for a girls trip. Everything exceeded our expectations starting as soon as we arrived. The location of this unit is perfect!! John is an amazing host, very responsive and cares a lot about making sure his guest enjoy their stay. The Star ratings should go higher than five since we think John is off the charts! Absolutely highly recommend staying here or any other property John may have listed on VRBO. We had the best time ever !!! Thank you, Kristy & Ann.

Family Vacation

This was our first visit to the Crescent Beach/Siesta Key Beach area & my first time reserving accommodations on VRBO. We were in town to visit family for a couple of days & wanted to be close to the beach. The Zarlenga family have a lovely & clean property with everything needed and my sons & I had a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a little getaway

They unit was perfect everything we needed for a getaway for our anniversary easy quick walk to the beach and pool. Unit was so clean and cozy and modern. It was easy to reach the owner he was super quick to message back and friendly. They had everything you needed. Bed was comfy and felt right at home. The only think I would suggest is maybe some curtains or at least for the bedroom was a bit bright and wanted a little more privacy. I would 100 percent stay here again and recommend to anyone !

Siesta Key Vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation and stay at Ebb Tide in Siesta Key! We really appreciated that you provided all that you needed for a great day on the beach. A few items to consider, the blinds in the bedroom window let in light from the parking lot so perhaps adding curtains may be helpful. Also, it may be helpful to advise guests of the rules about where you can sit on the beach as the waterfront resorts/condos reserve large sections of the beach for their guests.

Just Right

My family of 4 (including 2 adults, a 2 year old, and 5 month old) enjoyed our stay at this property for our 1st trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key. The property was clean, bed was comfortable, beach towels and all beach necessities for a family with kids were included. Property owners were quick to provide us with additional wash clothes when we requested more. Best of all, it’s in walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, daiquiri bars (which were a necessity with 2 crazy kids), the salt water pool, and the beach. It’s also a short drive into downtown Sarasota, with shopping and amazing restaurants (we particularly loved the restaurants on Orange Ave.)

Great Spit!

We loved being so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having coffee or a glass of wine on the patio was so pleasant. We hope to return to the warmth of Florida next winter!

Great condo close to everything

Great location - nice little place

Fantastic location near the end of Crescent beach, white sand and where the best shells are. Very nice heated pool. Unit is clean, well kept, and updated with modern gadgets. We had a bit of trouble with the the cooktop and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Siesta Key 4 night getaway

John was a fantastic host. He addressed every question quickly and was so accommodating. The condo was beautifully remodeled and clean. Ebb Tide embodies so much of what we love about Siesta Key. It is really beach living to the core! Being on the South Village puts you in close proximity to the beach, pool, fishing, boating, sunsets and some of the most amazing seafood that the area has to offer. You can make your vacation as adventurous or as low key as your heart desires.

What makes this property unique

The garden patio out of the back door is such a wonderful space for friends and guests. Grill out or go out as much as you like! Right across the street is Big Water Fish Market, Miguels, Tiki Bar, Toasted Mango Cafe, Captain Curt's, Davidson's Drugstore, a grocery store, and a bike rental list goes on and on! You don't need a car!
