Villa Gris - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Welcome to Villa Gris, our beautiful, fully refurbished (2024) villa with a private pool situated on the 5 Star Mar Menor Golf Resort. Our villa is on a quiet street with a wonderful water feature and seating area to the front.

A short walk to all the resort amenities, including restaurants, bars, spar supermarket, 18 hole golf course, communal pool, driving range, crazy golf, tennis, hotel gym and paddle.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.

Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):


- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, café for breakfasts and snacks, a bar and even a gift shop!)
