Value for money, clean and comfortable
Stayed in 11-A for 3 nights. Just myself and a mate. But could easily have had room for a few more and would have been comfortable. Very clean and a terrific location just on the outskirts of the Old Town with an easy walk to the contrasting Benidorm centre. The beach and some very good bars and just meters away and the apartments are above a large supermarket. The Benidorm.booking office is a 15min walk away but once you’ve got your keys and they explained a few rules and expectations, you’re left to it. Easy. Good value for a self-catering stay in Benidorm. Small Non-smart TV

Nice location for both old and new town areas, lovely views. Huge balcony. Everything in the kitchen for a 3 night stay duration. Duvets for chilli nights . Pool looks very inviting, we found it on the last day. No instructionsdetails available for practical info, the bins/refuse area was the main query. It's a distance from the office and key collection to the apartment at night with no taxi around. No beach chairs unfortunately. Check out is at the office for 11am, although it says 12 on the door of the apartment.

Unas vistas fantásticas super cerca de todo, supermercado, restaurantes,discoteca 👍 El apartamento súper limpio y grande éramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy cómodos. Tiene de todo,incluso en febrero nos hizo buen tiempo y sin mucho frío pero además el apartamento cuenta con mantas y nórdicos para las camas que son super cómodas. El agua caliente es por termo,pero la presión del agua es muy fuerte da gusto. La terraza es enorme con unas vistas espectaculares,eso sí uno de los días de la estancia hizo bastante aire y las ventanas correderas no cierran del todo bien. Un apartamento con muchísima luz natural,nos resultó muy agradable. Nos encantó poder dejar el coche en el parquing en el mismo edificio,todo un lujo,ya que es bastante complicado aparcar. Para ser el mes de febrero muchísima gente,super ambiente.😁 El sistema de calefacción por aire caliente en la habitación pequeña que está al fondo , no llega bien. Nos tuvimos que ver un tutorial en internet para ponerla en marcha 😃. El apartamento cuenta con wifi que funciona perfectamente bien.

Aangenaam verblijf.
Leuke locatie tegen het centrum van Benidorm. Het appartement ligt in een zijstraatje naar het strand. Mooi uitzicht op strand en zee, de plaats en de bergen. Prima wifi en compleet ingericht. Een matras van de twee eenpersoonsbedden had een kuil dus lag oncomfortabel. BVN en Engelstalige televisieprogramma's zouden aan te bevelen zijn. Ik weiger in de parkeergarage te parkeren, als je de beschadigingen op de pilaren ziet, dan weet je waarom. Daarom parkeer ik op de afgesloten parkeerplaats achter het appartement.

Amazing location , clean spacious apartment
Location amazing Huge apartment plenty of room for 6 2 toilets and 1 shower Kitchen area really clean Massive enclosed balcony Absolutely loved it ! Will deffo be back Got to Benidorm at midnight and had to pick the keys up from the office it’s 20 mins walk away. No one at the office so was like a vending machine style drop key box which was really easy to do , but be so much easier to have a security box at the property and day before we checked out we dropped the keys off as we were leaving at 6 am didn’t want to walk to the office early hours . So had to stay in night before as had no keys to get in and out and only given one set between 6 of us . Other than that no other problems.

Uitstekend verblijf maar wel met een paar opmerkingen.
Schitterend uitzicht over Benidorm zowel richting bergen als richting strand. Uitstekend uitgeruste keuken, een badkamer met een grote ruime douchecabine en nog een tweede toilet. De douche werkt prima met goed in te stellen warmwater knop. Heel groot afgesloten balkon met schuiframen, welke ook allen met zonneschermen zijn uitgerust, alsmede een paar plafondventilators, grote kunststoffen tafel met vier stoelen, een extra slaapvertrek aan het eind van het balkon welke met gordijnen af te schermen is en extra stoelen, ik dacht 5 stuks. De woonkamer is ruim genoeg om daar met max 5 personen te kunnen verblijven. Er staat een grote glazen eettafel met 4 stoelen, maar en zijn voldoende stoelen beschikbaar. Twee slaapkamers,. een met twee eenpersoons bedden en een met een tweepersoonsbed. Ruim voldoende bergruimte in de slaapkamers. Buitenhok met schoonmaakspullen. Twee snelle liften met goed alarmsysteem en contact met alarmcentrale (per ongeluk een keer op de alarmknop gedrukt). Goed afgesloten toegang tot het complex bij het verlaten daarvan hoeft het hek naar de straat niet met de sleutel geopend te worden, maar dat kan met een schakelaar. Parkeergarage en parkeerdek, een patio met een paar stenen zitbanken en een redelijk ruim zwembad. Om de hoek van de straat zit een uitstekende Consum supermarkt met ruime keuze tegen heel aantrekkelijke prijzen. De versafdeling is uitstekend. De parkeergarage is een gruwel ik ben zelden een slechtere parkeergarage ingereden en ik twijfel echt niet aan mijn rijkunst. Mijn huurauto had sensoren die continue hard aan het piepen waren en 1x blokkeerde de auto en weigerde nog een meter te rijden, anders dan in de achteruit. Laat ik het zo stellen, ik kom graag en hoogst waarschijnlijk nog een keer terug, maar weiger de auto daar nogmaals te parkeren. Als het parkeerdek ook vol zou zijn, dan parkeer ik wel op straat. Informeer jezelf wel hoe de blauwe parkeerzone in Benidorm werkt. Niet duur, maar het heeft wel een werking die wat anders is dan normaal. De zitbank in de woonkamer is aan vervanging toe en zakt behoorlijk in. De TV heeft veel programma&#39s televisie en radio maar op een weinig interessante Engelstalige zender na, is alles in het Spaans. Het zou netjes staan als er in de badkamer en het tweede toilet een afvalbakje zou worden neergezet.
