Building of private apartments for rent. They do not have a reception in the basement of the building. The reception is in our FINCAS ARENA office.
The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy and without rubbish (otherwise the extra cost will be deducted from the deposit).
Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (consult us), if the pet is accepted, it entails the payment of a supplement (consult the list of optional services).
The apartment includes 1 private parking space for one car (there is a height limit).
They are optional services (for a fee), Wi-Fi and air conditioning (if any).
If you need an iron, request it in our office.
See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights the clients stay). Some optional services may be subject to availability from the third party provider.
Our clients have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the apartment through a contact telephone number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office). The misuse or abuse of this service will entail a cost for the client.
Key delivery is always at our reception office, not in the building you have reserved. In the reservation confirmation we send you, the address of our office appears and how to collect the keys if you arrive at night or on a holiday.
Optionally we can bring the keys to the address of the apartment but this service has a supplement (consult).
Outside of working hours we only deliver 1 set of keys to the apartment and if you let us know that you come with a car, a remote control or access key to the parking lot, when you check-in we can give you another set of keys to the apartment. In this case, the next morning, except Sundays and holidays, they have to go through our office to present the ID or passport of all the occupants (it is required by law).
The entrance to the apartments is at 5:00 p.m. (if the apartment is cleaned and prepared earlier, the keys can be delivered earlier (it may incur an extra cost). Even if you request it in advance, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time
The departure of the apartments is at 10:00 a.m. (if you wish to leave later, consult with our staff the possibility of making a late check-out of the apartment. (It has an extra cost), it is subject to availability until the day before departure.
Therefore, free of charge, both on the day of arrival and departure we can store your luggage in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or holidays).
For our clients we can offer a transfer service to and from the Alicante airport or train station or by taxi or with private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on a holiday we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport with your apartment keys and taken there directly.
We can also arrange for you to confirm the return transfer or print your boarding passes (service at an additional cost).
If they need socio-sanitary services, we have them available through an external provider (babysitters, accompaniment, personal hygiene, nurses).
