Appartement insalubre
Appartement non conforme - très peu ustensiles de cuisines et non adaptés pour 4 personnes - du mobiliers des années 70/80 d’dégradés par le temps et tachés graisseux - menuiseries vétuste sans double vitrage- pas de ventilation obligeant de dormir fenêtres et volets ouvert- le sol est sale- électricité non conforme et dangereux... et la liste est encore longue. seul point positif une vue très agréable.
