It has two double bedrooms with sea views (viscoelastic mattresses), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. WIFI. Water by Osmosis, it is not necessary to buy bottled water. Coffee pot with capsules. TV in living room and master bedroom.
The building has a concierge and pool. Possibility to rent garage. Children's games next to the building. Bus stop and authors at the door of the building. Medical center at 100 m. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is located 45 min from the city of Valencia and Benidorm.
You can enjoy a day at the Bioparc, the city of science and arts or take a walk through the historic center of Valencia.
Or you can go to Terra Mitica and spend a fantastic day climbing the attractions.
You also have two water parks: Aquopolis in Cullera and Aqualandia in Benidorm.
In addition, you can enjoy a wonderful paella in the restaurants that we will recommend.
