The villa is located in a privileged location in Vilafortuny, near the beach and the leisure area of Cambrils and Port Aventura. In addition, Aquopolis La Pineda is 8.4 km away and the Gaudí Centre Reus is 12 km away. The nearest airport is Reus, located 13 km away.

Grosses Haus mit Pool
Wir waren 11 Personen, Familie mit Erwachsenen. Zum Check In muss man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten in einen anderen Ort fahren. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. In der Whirlpool Badewanne und in anderen Badewannen gibt es schwarzen Schimmel. Bettwäsche ist sehr einfach und wenig, Decken im Schrank nicht alle sauber, Matratzen und Kissen sehr unbequem. Die Küche hat viele Teller, Tassen und Gläser. Zum Kochen für viele Personen gibt es leider zu wenig. Kein einziger Kochlöffel. Es ist schade für das Haus, wenn man sich besser darum kümmern würde, wäre es toll. Aber es ist nicht Aufgabe der Gäste sich um den Verschleiss des Hauses zu kümmern. Der Pool hat leider ständig Wasser verloren, so dass die Pumpe nicht mehr funktioniert hat. Der Boden im Aussenbereich muss neu gemacht werden, überall ist das Holz gebrochen, was gefährlich für Kinder ist. In allen Zimmern oben und unten gibt es immer wieder Kakerlaken.
