OLD CHAPEL COTTAGE, pet friendly, with a garden in Praa Sands
This delightful semi-detached cottage is situated near Trescowe, in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Cottage is a wonderful semi-detached cottage resting just outside Trescowe, in Cornwall. The property has two bedrooms; a double and twin, sleeping a total of six guests and served by a family bathroom. The ground floor boasts a kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. The Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the coast of Cornwall.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, digital TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed private lawned garden with furniture and bbq. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: Check in time is after 4pm. Please note: For health and hygiene reasons they are not allowed upstairs, there is a gate to help with this, or on the furniture. Please could they be clean and dry before they go on the carpet. Unfortunately, visiting dogs are no longer to be left in the property unattended due to the damage from stress/boredom. There are lots of lovely dog walks be it beach, cliff top or countryside, that we can chat about when you arrive. ** The charging of Electric Vehicles, scooters and electric bikes etc is NOT PERMITTED **.

Town: The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. There is a bar/restaurant overlooking the beach – the perfect spot for lunch with a view or sunset drinks – a Post Office and general stores, beach cafe with fish & chips, and a beach/surf shop stocked with everything you could need for a great day at the beach. Praa Sands is also home to a Golf and Country Club, from where the most wonderful sea vista can be enjoyed whilst you play
