The Sea Shack is located in the lovely town of Beach Haven, NJ. This home sits right in the middle of the action of all that Beach Haven has to offer. Park your cars and leave the keys. You will be able to walk or ride bikes to anything you will need. 3 blocks to beach and 2 blocks to bay. Short walks to local restaurants, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Thunder Surf Water Park (favorite for kids of all ages), miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks, shopping, Bay Village, and right behind the town staples "The Bagel Shack" and one block away from the Chicken and the Egg. Our home is recently new to the rental market. The cleanliness and top of the line furnishings really make you feel at home while you are on vacation. There are 3 BR on the main floor along with kitchen, dining area and main living room. Upstairs is the master sweet with bonus room that is great for a family with small children to keep close by or just an extra space to unwind. There is plenty of storage space along with 2 laundry rooms, one on each floor. Off of the main living room / dining room there is balcony #1 where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. Above that, balcony #2 offers two outdoor dining tables, a gazebo with enclosed bar / grill area, and a large hot tub. One more flight of stairs up is balcony # 3 which leads to the sun deck. Up here you can get lost in the amazing 360 degree views of Beach Haven or lay down on the sun beds and RELAX!

Kitchen is fully stocked with a chef's oven with gas stove, large high-end fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, glass-ware, flat-ware and most pots, pans, and dishes you would need.

House is updated with new HVAC system with central air to keep you cool on the hottest summer days. There is also an abundance of ceiling fans if you prefer. There is a fan in just about every room.

Outdoor shower is another bonus after those sandy beach days.

We hope you enjoy our home as much as our family does. Beach Haven is truly a one-of-a-kind town with so much to offer. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, and we are always available. Enjoy your stay.

Everything was great and the house fit our needs perfectly. My cousins and I wanted to spend a weekend in Beach Haven. One of our must haves was a house with a hot tub. Early on in the reservation process I reached out to Tim to inquire about the tub. He responded quickly and said a new one was being installed just in time for our stay! The home was spacious enough for our group and every one was able to have a bed. It’s within walking distance of so many of our favorite Beach Haven spots. The home was clean and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. We enjoyed the new hot tub as well. Tim was great to work with. Thank you! We will consider staying again in the future, maybe when it is a little warmer!

We had the pleasure of staying for our wedding weekend! The property was absolutely fantastic & conveniently located to the bay, beach, & restaurants. The decks were perfect for hanging out, getting some sun, & grilling. The garage served as a hang out location, 'gym,' & meeting spot for friends & family members. Absolutely recommend for any groups looking for a spot to enjoy Beach Haven!

We had a great stay in Beach Haven. The house was really great and we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. So many restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach we barley drove all week.

Me, my husband, 20 year old son, 16 year old daughter with 6 of her closest friends had an amazing time at this property. The rooftop deck with hot tub was a great retreat after a long day on beach. The girls could venture out anywhere as everything was in walking distance and the complete feel of safety you have in Beach Haven makes it easier for a parent to let them venture. The home was clean with open kitchen area that accommodated our large group. Tim, the property owner, was available at all times to answer questions and address any issues to quickly resolve. A definite 10!

Nice home in great location
Home is very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice. Large kitchen and dining area was perfect for our party of 6 adults. All the bedrooms are good size and the top flow master is huge. Beds are comfortable (memory foam?). Lots of room and the two decks give some nice views. The covered bar/cook area is spectacular. House location is great and near all of our Beach Haven favorites. Tim was a great host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this house for adults and families.

Our trip could not have been better. Owner was a fantastic communicator. House was as described and was in the best location. Easy to walk to everywhere! Had the best view of Fourth of July fireworks on the top of the roof decks. Highly recommend this property.

Great House With a Great Location
7 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful house. Tim supplies the house with all the amenities you can imagine. The hot tub was a real bonus and of course the outside shower made my day! I personally liked the lighting in the rooms and the decor was beautiful.

Beautiful Beach Haven home in perfect location!
We rented this home for my daughter’s birthday in March. It’s very close to restaurants, the beach and Fantasy Island. The hot tub was a hit with the girls and so was the close shopping so it was a great weekend all around!

Amazing home, perfect location
This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location in Beach Haven. There were just a few of us (my husband, our 3 friends) who stayed here for a quick 36 hours for a friends' wedding and it was absolutely perfect. In fact the house was walkable to all of the wedding locations (Station 112 and Parkers Garage) as well as other restaurants that guests would be interested in. The house is super clean, easy to access, has everything you would need. Since we were not there very long, we didn't bring any groceries, but were able to get take out from the bagel shop on the block and enjoy our bagels around the table on the beautiful roof deck. The owner provided a really great list of what's nearby and a super comprehensive list of what to bring. Thank you again for renting to us, we really hope to be back.

Great location. Great place. The outdoor deck is awesome! Owner is very responsive. The only downside is you have to bring all your own sheets and pillow cases for the beds. Since we only stayed for there for 2 nights it was kind of a hassle because all of the other couples staying with us were flying in for a wedding leaving me (the only local) responsible for bringing all the linens. I ended up having to buy sheets because I didn’t have enough of the right sizes. That being said it wouldn’t stop us from recommending the place/ staying there again in the future! We had a great time!

This house was very clean upon arrival, and has a very spacious living area and kitchen with nice furniture. The deck is really nice with a grill and very large hot tub, which we were able to enjoy. Everything is super renter-friendly (labeled clearly, code to enter, etc.). The house is in an awesome location and very close to restaurants, bars, shops. We didn’t have to drive or Uber anywhere during our stay! Tim, the owner/property manager was very communicative and responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend!!
