This is a short-term rental only (4-month minimum stay, between the months of June through December). Resort like complex with great amenities and in a perfect location, just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to food and entertainment. 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and 35 minutes to Miami. Complex includes outdoor pool, jacuzzi, bbq grill, access to washer/dryer and guest parking. The unit is a 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo, recently renovated and fully furnished that accommodates 4-5 people.

I love vacationing in Fort Lauderdale, it is a great escape from the daily grind. I purchased this property in 2014 and have been using it to it's full potential. It has been a great investment, centrally located with great amenities. You will greatly enjoy your stay.
