Beautiful villa with swimming pool very close to the beach of Hotel Illa D'Or.

The villa is located in Puerto Pollença in the urbanization Can Singala, right next to the Hotel Illa D'Or, 2 minutes walking distance from the sea. The centre of the port can be reached by a beautiful promenade along the famous Pine Walk. There you can find, besides exquisite restaurants, a wide variety of things to do; we recommend an excursion to Formentor, renting a motorboat to enjoy the unspoilt beaches that still exist or simply strolling and shopping.
Our clients highlight the tasteful decoration, the tranquillity of the urbanisation and the attention we offer as hosts. It is the perfect choice for a perfect holiday, ideal for families with children and adults.
Our villa is a small house from the 70's that we recently renovated in a contemporary style. It is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, spacious terraces for pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful and large swimming pool (7m x 3m x 1,8m), which ensures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan.
You can walk to the beach with the children and when you come back you can enjoy the swimming pool. The villa, as you can see in the photographs, is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, a large terrace that will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful swimming pool that assures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan. The villa has TV with TDT, Satellite TV and high speed WI-FI Internet connection. All this at a competitive price if we compare it with villas in the same area and with swimming pool.

Notre semaine s’est bien passée. La petite maison est très agréable. Maison idéale si on veut avoir des petits espaces extérieurs. L’aménagement extérieur est plus sympa que l’intérieur. La maison est au calme tout proche de la mer et a moins de 10 minutes en voiture du centre et des belles plages. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Beautiful Villa

A little gem
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful holiday home. The house was very clean and well laid out. The location was ideal with the beach in easy walking distance along with many restaurants and shops and we all loved our time in the pool. We would love to come and stay again.

Magnifique
Maison super agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très jolie vue du toit terrasse. Plusieurs endroits pour soit bronzer ou lire à l'ombre. Puerto Pollença est très sympa pour les balades le long de la baie. Les restaurants sont nombreux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques.

Pretty house and grounds in quiet location
We wanted to stay in a comfortable property with our son, daughter-in-law and 6-month old grandaughter. Can Singala 52 is perfect; all the facilities needed (washing machine, dishwasher) but also pretty outside spaces and a lovely pool where all could relax. We really appreciated the peace of the location and proximity to beach and Pine Walk. It's a lovely property and we very much want to visit again. Miquel and Cati are wonderful hosts and we thank them for their speedy responses to any queries. Saludos!

Nous avons passé une semaine magique avec nos 4 filles (agées de 8ans à 2ans). Les nombreux salons exterieurs invitent à la détente. Certains sont au soleil, d'autres à l'ombre. On y trouve toujours son compte. La maison est très propre et très agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont spatieuses et les lits de bonne qualité. La nuit est très calme, parfait pour bien se reposer. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la pisicine de taille sympa pour s'amuser. 1 seul petit bémol, la cuisine gagnerait à être un peu mieux équipée pr une famille de 6. Parfois manque de vaisselle. l'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes de la plage et possibilité de marcher le long de l'eau pour rejoindre le port de Pollenca (plus animé). Les enfants ont adoré jouer sur le sable et pécher des petits poissons. Ambiance très paisible. Beaucoup de choses à voir à moins de 20min de voiture: Cap Formentor, Alcudia, Pollenca ville, Cala San Vincent.... Je recommande ce logement

Tolle Villa mit schönem Pool
Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa sehr genossen! Insbesondere der Pool ist zu jeder Tageszeit schön erfrischend. Je nach Sonnenstand kann man sich eine der vier herrlichen Terrassen aussuchen und dort entspannen. Auch die Nähe zum Meer lädt zu einen Abendspaziergang unter den beeindruckenden Pinien oder einem Bad im Meer ein. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful property in Port de Pollenca
We had a wonderful stay at the villa during our trip with our 6 month old. The hosts were attentive and delivered us everything we needed to stay with a baby. The villa was beautifully decorated and had lots of lovely outdoor areas to enjoy. Our only comment would be to come prepared for mosquitos. We came in peak mosquito season in September and found it hard to sit outside day or night without getting bitten. Aside from this the location was perfect, lovely and quiet and a lovely walk along the tree lined promenade into town

Great privat house with all the summer needs.
The villa was a little bit hidden away but in a very nice spot, Pollenca great near the sea. Decoration and atmosphere are really great and Spanish. All very neat and comfortable. Beautiful and pleasant pool and garden space around to fill in your evenings with a good glas of wine.

Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis
Insgesamt eine super schöner Urlaub, Kleinigkeiten im Hause, wie ein kaputte Türklinke und eine nicht Optima Küche sind Verbessrung würdig. Der außen Bereich war jedoch sehr schön und insgesamt hat sich das Haus für den Preis sehr gelohnt.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir haben mit zwei (fast) erwachsenen Kindern die Osterferien in dem Haus von Miquel und Cati verbracht. Haus und Pool waren einwandfrei sauber, die Vermieter immer erreichbar, unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass wir etwas früher einchecken konnten und vor allem am Abreisetag bis nachmittags im Haus bleiben konnten. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt im Außenbereich über zahlreiche schöne Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (am Pool, Esstisch und Loungebereich vor dem Haus und Esstisch und Liegen auf der Dachterrasse). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

La maison est à deux pas de la plage. Elle est située dans un quartier calme. La maison est bien rénovée et avec les équipements nécessaires. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et disponible pour échanger. Accès direct sur le bord de mer pour faire des balades. En terme de commodités, il y a tout ce qu’il faut restaurants, supermarchés, transport en commun et départ de randonnées. Superbe séjour !

Fantastic villa in a super location
We simply loved our stay at this wonderful villa. The facilities are excellent and we loved the privacy of the property, the super pool and roof top terrace in the evening. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for the pine walk and access to the beach.
