Custom drapes and quilts make it cozy and elegant. Private bath with shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen along with two twin mattresses on the floor. Separate bath with shower is directly across the hall. 3rd bedroom has 4 canopy queen beds with black and white damask drapes. Private bath with shower. 13 beds total: 2 kings, 9 queens, 2 twins. Gourmet kitchen with large fridge, 8 burner gas stove top, double ovens, warming drawer and double dishwashers. A second fridge is located right off the kitchen in the Laundry room. Beautiful slate tile floor and a granite island make it perfect for cooking large meals and making memories for a lifetime. The kitchen is well furnished with pots and pans, coffeemaker, keurig, mixer, baking dishes and dishes for large groups. Seating: Bar with 5 stools, kitchen table that seats 10, Gate-leg Table that seats 6 and seating on the screen porch for 14. Screen porch across the length of the back of the house overlooks the lake with chaise lounger, hammock and extra seating. Grill with propane provided. The Garden Level also boasts a large sitting area with a flat screen TV, multiple sofas, and a pool table. If that's not enough, this house also hosts a theater room that seats 12 with a 73" TV for your viewing pleasure of movies or group presentations. This room will be enjoyed by all after a full day enjoying the water.

The 1.5 acre lot hosts a private dock that can accommodate your boat for the week, along with access to swimming and fishing. There is not a hoist or slip to use for a boat but there are plenty of cleats to tie up on along the sides of the dock. There is a jet ski covered ramp for those who would like to bring a couple jet skis. Be sure to bring your Fishing Poles.

Chances are you will want to spend most of your waking hours outside enjoying this little piece of heaven so at the end of the day pull up one of our Adirondack chairs and enjoy the custom built fire pit.
