On the ground floor is an independent bedroom with a large 140 cm bed and a shower room and WC.
At the level of the living room and the kitchen 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160cm and the other with two single beds of 90cm. They are separated by a shower room and WC.

Hidden gem
We’ve been wanting to stay here for a few years and we finally made it, all 6 of us. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. Fabulous location, vibrant village, beautiful garden and fantastic pool! Beautiful decor throughout. We would absolutely recommend it!

I brought my family here to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday. The location and facilities were fantastic and exactly what we needed. We were even allowed to bring our dogs with us and having a totally secure boundary made that process very easy. While we were there, my sister was ill so we contacted the property manager who came to the property within 15 minutes offering solutions and advice - a very big thank you to her for helping! Overall we loved the property and will definitely be returning. My only suggestion for improvement would be air conditioning in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fans did keep us cool.

Beautiful house in great location.
We all had a great week in this beautiful villa, great location and the house was absolutely stunning with charming character. All the rooms were fitted out lovely and the garden and pool were a lovely feature to the house. Enjoyed our daily morning 5 minute walk to the patisserie in the village. Our dog loved the house with plenty of room to run around in the garden. Definitely a house to stay at and I would book a holiday again at the villa. The owner has done extremely well. Thank you.

A lovely house in a beautiful French village.
We are four adults, and we had a fantastic week in this quirky (in a good way) house. The Garden and pool area are quite lovely. Internally everything is very French, and just slightly oddball. Unique I would say. The only real criticism is I believe the house to be more suitable for a family with two or three children than four adults. Thus it loses a star. Aubais is a little village with some very narrow streets, so a small to medium car is to be preferred. Apart from two of the bedrooms being a little small, we really enjoyed our stay there.

PERFECT!!!
Incredible stay perfect in every way! The location is beautiful, small typical french village with every thing you need, no tourism but close to a large village of Somieres with an amazing farmer's marker, brocanterie. The house is incredible thick stone walls, antique furniture, beautiful earthen ware in the kitchen. Minor issue the fridge is not very cold there are 2 of them we choose to put liquids in the other which is slightly colder. We ate all our meals outside, the bakery is a 5 mn walk. Very good tapas place in town, vey good pizzaria as well. The pool was heaven very secluded in a beautiful landscaped area totally at peace with only the sound of the church bells chiming! I am in love with this house and the area!!

Excellent Villa in a lovely town
The villa was a really great, central place to stay, for two weeks, while we visited nearby tourist areas. The villa is really comfortable and well equipped. The weather was very warm and the villa was supplied with additional fans. We ate, every night, in the outside area between the kitchen and the upstairs bedrooms. The photographs do not show this area in its best light as it has been upgraded to have a substantial wooden roof. The garden is beautiful. The gated pool and surrounding area is perfect. The pool is kept very clean with a pool vacuum. The vacuum is actually a bit of fun when lazing around. Every so often the "tail" flicks out and sprays water in various directions. Very cooling in the hot weather! The streets in Aubais are very narrow. This was initially quite daunting. However, once you drive in and out of the villa a couple of times you find the best routes for you. All the amenities of Aubais are a short walk. The patisserie was a daily visit and supplied fresh bread and delicious fresh pastries (which was our treat with a coffee each afternoon beside the pool). In the town there is a really nice restaurant, a pizza place, an ATM, a pharmacy and a park or two with kids play areas. The nearest large supermarket was about 15 minutes by car. There were a couple of times we needed some some help from Cathy, the villa manageress. She was really friendly and only too happy to help.

Belle maison et agréable à vivre. Le bémol est que cette maison n'est pas faite pour des personnes en difficultés de déplacements. Attention la piscine est très bien mais si mistral et froid alors il est difficile de s'y baigner.

Ferien wie im Paradies
Von dem Moment an, als wir hier angekommen sind, haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein traumhaftes Anwesen mit einem malerischen mediterranen Garten, der an verschiedenen Stellen zum Verweilen einlädt. Der Pool sorgt für eine schöne Abkühlung und ist natürlich gerade mit Kindern sehr willkommen. Abends haben wir auch öfter Boule im Garten gespielt (dort gibt es extra eine Boulebahn). Das Haus selber ist in zwei Trakte aufgeteilt, in einem sind die Schlafzimmer untergebracht, im anderen die grosse Küche, die wirklich mit allem ausgestattet ist, und das Wohnzimmer - jedes Zimmer sehr schön dekoriert. Der Bäcker in Aubais hat wunderbare Patisserie und sehr leckere Brote. Nicht zu vergessen das Tapas Restaurant Florès! Es ist uns sehr schwergefallen, diesen wunderschönen Ort nach einer Woche wieder zu verlassen und wir werden sicherlich bald zurückkommen.

Mein Mann und ich haben mit unserer Tochter (11) eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Der Garten und der Pool sind unglaublich toll. Im gepflegten mediterranen Garten hat es mehrere schattige Sitzplätze, der Pool ist gut unterhalten und gepflegt. Das gesamte Anwesen bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre, obschon es mitten im kleinen Dörfchen liegt. In Realität ist die Unterkunft, insbesondere der Aussenbereich schöner als in der Ausschreibung ersichtlich ist. Die Kommunikation war sehr sympathisch und das Check-in / chek-out sehr nett, einfach und flexibel. Wir haben dort eine unglaublich schöne Woche verbracht mit viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir können es sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Aubais. Der Garten des Hauses ist sehr idyllisch angelegt. Der Pool samt Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Montpellier und Nimes, zwei sehenswerte Städte, erreicht man mit dem Auto ebenso schnell, wie die zahlreichen Strände. Die engen Gassen in Aubais sind allerdings eine Herausforderung, wenn man mit einem größeren Auto unterwegs ist. ;) Alles in allem empfehlen wir das Haus gerne weiter. :)

Wunderschönes Haus mit Charme
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut aufgeteilt. Jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort und abends haben wir auf der kleinen Terrasse die alles verbindet gegessen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, genau wie das ganze Haus. Es ist alles da. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Überall sind Stühle und Liegen. Aubais hat viele enge Strassen und man sollte nicht in jede Straße reinfahren. Man kann auf dem Grundstück mit 2 mittelgroßen Fahrzeugen parken. Es ist aber sehr eng. Eine tolle Zeit ist zu Ende und wir kommen sicher wieder. Ein großes Kompliment für dieses schöne Haus.

Maison superbe, encore plus belle que sur les photos ! La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée, les chambres sont bien séparées de l’espace de vie, et les espaces extérieurs (terrasse pour manger, piscine…) incroyables. Les ventilateurs dans chaque pièce sont également appréciables. Aubais est un village typique agréable qui offre quelques commerces de proximité (la circulation avec un SUV nécessite un court temps d’adaptation compte tenu des rues étroites). Séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement !

Tolles Anwesen, schöner Ort
Gerne sind wir nach ein paar Jahren hierher zurück gekehrt und wir haben es auch diesmal nicht bereut. Das Anwesen ist ein Traum, Aubais sehr ruhig und beschaulich und schnell erreichbar sind das Meer und etliche andere schöne Ausflugsziele.

Einfach toll
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist grosszügig eingerichtet, auch die Küche weist einen guten Standart auf. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto) hat uns zwei Mal Sorgen gemacht, weil sie nicht funktionierte. Der Teil mit dem Pool ist gut gesichert, so dass auch mit Kindern nichts passieren kann. Man kann von Aubais sehr viele interessante Ausflüge unternehmen und das Meer ist auch nur eine knappe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Nachteil ist eigentlich nur, dass es im Ort kein Restaurant gibt und man immer mit den Auto in einen Nachbarort fahren musste. Für die Anreise können wir empfehlen zuerst in die Rue du Marquis einzubiegen und dann weiterzufahren über die Rue du Chemin Neuf um dann am Ende rechts in die Rue Villeneuve einzubiegen. Nach einigen Metern kann man links in die Rue des Cevennes einbiegen und problemlos beim Haus in der Einfahrt das Auto abstellen.

Merveilleux séjour en occitanie
Très bon séjour , maison agréable dans le centre d Aubais. Belle piscine sans vis à vis . Beau petit jardin où il fait bon se reposer et profiter du chant des cigales. Très bon accueil et très bon contact ! Je recommande a 100%.

Ein Paradies mitten im Dorf
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem bei schönem Wetter einfach nur wunderbar. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, die vielen Sitzecken laden zum Verweilen ein, der Swimmingpool ist ein Traum.

Un petit paradis !
Magnifique demeure spacieuse, au calme, sans vis à vis, très bien équipée, décorée avec goût, plantée d'un très beau jardin arboré et d'une belle piscine. Bref, un petit paradis au coeur d'un joli village pittoresque. Excellent accueil de Cathy, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances très agréables.

Toller Urlaub!
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances de deux semaines dans cette très belle maison avec nos enfants de 14, 17 et 19 ans. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le coin repas entre les deux maisons est merveilleux. Le jardin, qui a été aménagé avec amour, mérite une mention spéciale. Il offre de nombreux endroits partiellement ombragés où vous pouvez très bien vous détendre. S'il fait trop chaud, la grande piscine est disponible pour se rafraîchir. Si vous savez quelles sont les meilleures routes à emprunter pour vous rendre à la maison, il est également facile de s'y rendre avec une grande voiture (l'itinéraire préféré est de l'Av Emile Leonard, dans la rue René Grousset, tout droit dans la rue de L'Auberge, à droite dans la rue Villeneuve et ensuite à gauche dans la rue de Cevenne, de sorte que vous vous approchez de la maison par le bas). Nous serons heureux de revenir !
