Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining hall, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a varirty of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

We found the flat was spacious and very well located. We loved being out of town a ways, with the area being nice and quiet yet a nice close walk to cafes and shops. The host was fantastic with communication and very friendly when she met us for entry to the flat. Thank you very much Magdalene! We would love to stay here again.

This property was a perfect example of clean comfortable very well equipped and fitted out. So much information and directions as to navigate the apartment and it’s surrounds. The host was so very accommodating and easy to contact. Could not be more impressed and highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable
Magdalene’s flat was even better than expected. Large rooms, comfortable beds, comfy lounge room, a (slightly obscured) view of the castle. We found everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. The lighting was great (which is not often the case with holiday apartments). Lamps by every bed and lamps in the public rooms made it very cosy. We parked our car within the apartment complex and took the bus into town from the stop just a minutes walk away. Very easy and quick - took about 10 minutes, and we never had to wait long. There’s also a huge shopping complex about six minutes walk away, and a path that takes you all the way to town. Out drive to Leith to see the Royal Yacht, Britannia, was quick and easy. About 15 minutes. If we ever came to Edinburgh again, we would happily book Magdalene’s apartment. It couldn’t have been better.

Magdalene was very accomodating to a late check in due to our late flight arrival. She was easy to reach with questions. I confused our dates of stay but Magdalene worked with us to rectify the problem. The property was clean, quiet and in a good location with an easy walk to downtown and easy access to the bus route. The only downfall was the central heating (it was very warm), and no clear way to adjust. Otherwise a very good stay and would recommend to others. The

It’s a wonderful place to stay.A very comfortable apartment/ beds and everything you need. Excellent communication from the host Magdalene. There is some traffic noise.if you need the bus it’s number 43 from princes street.and you go to Craigleith Rd. You can see the flats on the right from the bus stop.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir verbrachten 5 herrliche Tage in Edinburgh, dazu trug die gute Anbindung der Wohnung an die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bei. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der erhebliche Straßenverkehrsdirekt vor der Wohnung, der aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nur noch gering zu vernehmen ist.

Wonderful Stay
Having never been to Edinburgh before, we weren’t sure what area to stay in. We made the best decision choosing this apartment. Very well appointed space to come back to after a long day of exploring. The beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing. An absolutely lovely space that feels like home. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this apartment and we will be back again.

The apartment was clean and well furnished, with a lovely view of Edinburgh centre. There are a number of public buses running directly past the apartment, which was very convenient and gave direct access to the city centre. The only downside was that the apartment was situated close to a busy main road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

We had a wonderful time at the Edinburgh apartment. The host welcomed us when we arrived and it was neat and tidy! Close to stores and on the Country bus route into town - which is only a ten minute bus ride away.

Great Pad
A lovely flat - clean and well proportioned with all the amenities we needed. Well serviced by a frequent bus route which made it easy to get in and out of the city centre. Also within 5 minutes walk of Lidl and Sainsbury's which was handy. Great communication and good location - a trip enjoyed by all including hard-to,-please teenagers (which is saying something!!)
