Complex Dora - ideal for 3 friendly families

House Dora is a complex of 3 apartments for up to 15 (12+3) people altogether. It has 250 m2 and each of three apartments contains 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, toilet and pantry. Six covered parking places are reserved for house Dora. Each apartment has two air conditioners, the whole complex has six altogether. In front of the house is an outdoor kitchen and a big table so everybody can enjoy their meal together. There is also swimming pool and a playground for kids with swings, toboggan and trampoline.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’avoir 3 maisons afin d’avoir des espaces séparés en plus du jardin et de l’espace commun à l’extérieur. Dora a été très gentille et nous a donné de bons conseils. Je vous recommande ce lieu pour vos futurs séjours.

Absolut zu empfehlen!
Wir waren drei Familien für 10 Tage im Haus Dora (3 Reihenhäuser)! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen - im Pool, auf der großen Terrasse und die Kinder auf der Spielwiese! Das Objekt war außerordentlich sauber, die Vermieter waren immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Nochmals herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub <3

Tolles Ferienhaus für drei Familien!
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir waren mit drei Familien dort, jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Reich. Der Garten und der Grillplatz waren super. Der Pool um diese Jahreszeit etwas kühl, aber das hat uns nicht am Baden gehindert. Der Kontakt mit Dora war total nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Genau wie auf den Bildern, sogar noch schöner
Wir waren 3 Familien, es hat uns alles sehr sehr gut gefallen. Alle 3 Häuser wirklich sehr gepflegt und Top ausgestatten, jedes Haus hat sowie unten auch oben eine Klima. Der Pool ein Traum, hatten wir auch sehr genutzt, vorallem in der früh und am Abend, die Sommerküche mit dem Sitzplatz wirklich toll, wir hatten alle Platz. Schaukel, Rutsche, Trampolin für die Kinder perfekt, es war für uns alle ein sehr schöner Urlaub. 1 min. zu Fuss vom Haus gab es ein Geschäft namens Plodine, da haben wir alles gekauft was wir so für das Frühstück ect. gebraucht haben, zum Geldwehchseln ist gleich paar Meter weiter eine Tankstelle und dort ist es möglich das Geld zu wechseln. Ca. 700m vom Haus ist ein Restaurant namens Ferali, kann ich auch sehr empfehlen, sehr lecker das Essen, waren doch 11 Personen, sind dann nicht immer am Abend essen gegangen ins Restaurant haben dann einfach bestellt, in ca. 20-30min. war es schon abholbereit. Wir hatten einen Tagesausflug nach Medulin gemacht, ca. 45min. mit dem Auto, dort gab es Sandstrand, für die Kinder war das toll, wobei es ihnen auch die Steine / Kies nichts gemacht hat, die haben immer was gefunden zum Spielen am Strand. Ich kann das Haus sehr empfehlen, Frau Dora ist sehr hilfsbereit und spricht wirklich gut Deutsch.

Top Ferienhaus zum bezahlbaren Preis
Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Modern eingerichtete Häuser die sehr gepflegt werden. Großer Außenbereich mit gutem Pool und ausreichenden Sonneliegen.Top Außenküche mit einem Herd , einem Grill sowie einer Spüle.Sitzmöglichkeiten für 12 Personen und das ganze überdacht. In den Häusern Klimaanlagen im Erdgeschoss so wie im Oberen Stockwerk. Küche mit Geschirrspüler , Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. All diese Sachen haben dazu beigetragen das wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Dora zu jederzeit kontaktieren.Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend ,ca.10 min mit dem Auto zum Meer,5min zum Lidel und 2 min zum Plodine Markt. Vielen Dank an Dora und ihrem Vater für die schöne Zeit,die guten Tipps zum Baden und für die kleinen Leckereien zwischendurch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Ferienhaus :-)
Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen aber zentralen Lage; Geschäft und Restaurant sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Danke.

Beyond expectation
Our family stayed at this lovely place for a week and it was the perfect gateway from our busy lives. Apartment is clean and very neat. The host is very caring young lady with great recommendations for places and attractions to visit nearby. You can either spend the day at the beach, take a short ride and visit some of the most beautiful old towns or just stay and relax by the pool. The possibilities are endless. Apartment is clean and very neat. I would definitely recommend this place and I'm looking forward to stay in one of the Rizvic family's apartments during my next visit.

My vacation
This year with my family and our friends are on holiday in the family house Rizvic in Strmac.I finally i found a resting place for future years.They are wonderful hosts.The apartments and the house with the pool are great.My vacation ended and i live for the next vacation.Big salutation to the hosts and to all who stay with them.
