Villa independent air-conditioned, without opposite, F2 of 45 m ² with a garden of 400m2 closed, PARKING in the closed property with its private entrance.
Inside: A large living room kitchen CLIMATISE, kitchen + Dishwasher, flat screen TV, DVD, double glazing, shutters ...
Clic clac in stay, Room of water, toilet. Free WIFI.
A large room 20 m2 with bed 140 + 1 sofa bed and a large mirror cabinet. Cot, high chair available. Linen not provided rental possible.
Outside: Not overlooked with garden, deckchairs, garden furniture to eat outside on tiled terrace, hard BBQ (stumps offered for your grilling).
Outside room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products ... Completely fenced and secure parking on the gated property (ideal motorcycles, motorhomes, cars ...)
Completely renovated and tastefully furnished for a couple or family holiday in peace, with a huge choice of activities and leisure offered by the resort of Cap d'Agde and its surroundings.
