Beautiful villa, located in an urban area just 300 meters from the Almadraba beach and 1Km from the center of Els Poblets.
It consists of two floors: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, television with French satellite, fireplace, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms both with air conditioning and two bathrooms.
On the first floor is the studio with double bed, bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
The house is newly furnished. The mattresses are of very good quality for better guest comfort. For these reasons the Locdenia team recommends that house. It is a villa perfectly adapted for families.
The pool measures 9 * 4m.
Payment conditions:
The price includes the stay, the sheets and the Wifi.
30% of the rent will be paid in advance by transfer when signing the contract.
The remaining amount will be charged upon arrival. Payment by cash or credit card is accepted.
The deposit is € 600.
Final cleaning: € 120
The amount of € 35 will be billed if the tenant brings 1 pet or € 45 if they are 2 or more.
