About this property

Beautiful villa (100m2) of typically Valencian style. Located in orange farm of 5000m2.
Just 650 meters from the beach "Els Molins" and 450 meters from Nova Denia.
The lower part of the house is rented.
The first floor is occupied by a very discreet family that is dedicated, in caring for the farm.
Totally private outdoor areas are available: covered and uncovered terraces, barbecue ... They will give you discretion and tranquility.
The Pool is for private use for guests.
The gardens (orange trees) and parking lots are for community use.
The house (totally private) is fully equipped. It has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
There is an ideal dining room to receive up to 7 people, a lounge with Spanish and French television, Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
