The home is as described- my adult daughter and I had a very nice ski vacation here. Note that parking spot is very tight (my RAV4 barely fit) and that the loft is accessible only by a ladder, so best for agile visitors. If you can work with those, you will like this place. A nice 10-15 minute walk to downtown along a bike path or convenient bus service to downtown Aspen, connecting to Snowmass and Highlands. The owner is a very thoughtful host that was quick to respond to questions.
the apt is lovely and has everything one could need--Susan is an excellent host and goes out of her way to accommodate any request-it is fully stocked with coffee, water, treats and wine--she really does a great job

Friendly and helpful homeowner. Beautiful little studio
My girlfriend and I went to Aspen to do some hiking, and Susan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out some of the best trails around the aspen area. When showing up to check into the studio, we were extremely pleased to find a fridge full of refreshments, and plenty of snacks. We were more than happy with our visit and plan to stay with Susan again in the future. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Comfortable, great location, and amazing value
We loved our stay at Susan's studio. Susan was very accommodating, provided a wealth of information about the going-ons in Aspen, and even hooked us up with discounts on lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. The space was very comfortable and didn't feel too cramped for being a studio. What we enjoyed most about our stay was the location. The local bus (which is free) picks up just down the street making it very easy to get around the town and resorts with out the need to drive. We plan to stay here again the next time we return.

Great property. Great town. Great host!
It was very convenient and easy to get around town from the house. Everything we needed was there from sodas in the frig to toaster oven to apples on the counter. The studio was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfy. Thanks Susan for a fun stay in Aspen : )

Great little spot in Aspen!
Stayed at Susan's studio apartment for a girl's trip to Aspen. The apartment was cozy and perfect for two. It's super close to town (about a 10 min walk to the Hotel Jerome/Main Street), but the bus stops right at the end of the street every 20 minutes which made it easy to get to the mountain to ski or if you didn't feel like walking into town in the evening. The bed was super comfy (newer memory foam) and we slept great every night! The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make a simple bfast in the mornings. All other meals we ate out. Susan was available to answer questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect Option to Explore Aspen
Susan's place is a gem among high priced Aspen lodging options. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It's an easy and scenic walk to the downtown area, convenient to the Rio Grande trail for a morning run, and a quick drive to Maroon Bells for some great hiking. We stopped by after hiking Pike's Peak before driving back to Denver. The place was very clean, amenities were available to support a longer term stay as well. Susan was very helpful in her communications and easy to reach. We will definitely be back if we get the chance to come back to Aspen!

Nice efficiency apartment in Aspen
Very well designed apartment making use of a small space. Felt roomy and was comfortable. Location fantastic for walks and hiking and for bus transportation all around Aspen. Owner was gracious and hospitable. Highly recommended for two persons.

Aspen Studio Apartment
This is a cozy studio apartment located very near a beautiful walk into town. The apartment was set up to accommodate two guests comfortably with kitchen necessities and a nice little outside setting.
We loved the older neighborhood where folks walked their dogs and smiled as you passed. Near a bus stop, it was easy access for locals to walk down the street in their boots, carrying skis, to the ski lift (which was open Memorial Day Weekend). Also, great for star gazing just up the hill. We would stay here again.
