Amelia villa with private pool , wifi & BBQ,

Amelia villa is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa accommodating 4 guests. It is brightly furnished and well equipped making it ideal for couples or family holidays. A covered pergola with chairs is an ideal place for chilling out by the pool and Sunbeds are supplied for your relaxation together with comfortable padded covers. A good size private pool, traditional BBQ, outdoor table, umbrella and table tennis. Within short walking distance to an abundance of beaches, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

We like our guests to be able to jump right into their holidays without waiting for representatives to come round. We send you lots of pre-arrival information and are located only 10 minutes away. We are always available should you need us during your stay either by phone or meeting. You might / might not see the pool maintenance team (John) during your stay as he will be there at least twice per week for the pool.

Pernera is a beautiful area boasting lots of gorgeous beaches. (family friendly and blue flag award beaches). There is also an abundance of restaurants and shops in the local area for you to wander into. The area in general is very safe, clean and family friendly. You are close to the walkway which joins Pernera - Protaras and also on a bus route for exploring other areas. You can order deliveries for groceries and food via the wolt and bolt app if you prefer a quiet night at home.

You have access to the entire villa! There is one cupboard locked for the housekeepers but apart from that you can use anything that is at the villa.

Amelia villa is set up with guests in mind, it is a fully furnished home with two bedrooms and a main bathroom upstairs. The rooms are both air conditioned with blinds, wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. There are plenty of coat hangers as well as extra pillows and blankets if needed. The one bedroom has a comfortable large double bed and two large single beds. The main bathroom has a walk in shower combined along with a sink and toilet (new installation January 2025). Towels are provided. The water is pressurized and there is also a guest toilet downstairs.

The kitchen and livingroom both open out to the patio area. The kitchen has everything you will need, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an iron, ironing board, mop bucket and broom, hoover and a selection of books and dvds.

The outside area offers a lot for guests with a private swimming pool which is cleaned twice per week, (pool light for night times is on timer). There are sunbeds with cushions, an outdoor shower, traditional BBQ, covered area with table tennis, outdoor dining table and chairs and an umbrella.

The villa is located in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the main bars / restaurants and beaches of Pernera.

There are bus stops close by as close at 200m or taxis / quad bikes / moped / car hire can be arranged.

It is a residential area so we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels / music. It is also worth noting that they are all private houses, we haven’t had noise complaints but that doesn’t mean they also won’t make some noise :)
