Bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom - 1 ensuite - top floor apartment (no lift) very well located in a complex with 3 community pools and gardens. It has a modern kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, water kettle, dishwasher, dryer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.
The penthouse is situated mid way up in Calahonda in a lovely quiet location set within well kept lush green gardens. The apartment is south facing with amazing panoramic views of the sea pool and gardens
Located within a gated complex with outside parking the apartment has been kept in excellent condition. The apartment offers complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV channels.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be charged per day and is payable in advance along with your balance

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.

We had a wonderful four week stay here. The unit was just as described and perfect for six people. There were lots of linens provided and the kitchen was well equiped. It was very easy to deal with the office when necessary, we had an issue with the flush in the toilet and it was fixed the same day when reported. The pool was huge and we used it a lot. The grounds were so well maintained. The only drawback for us is that a car was needed to go anywhere, it was not possible to walk to restaurants or grocery stores and the beach was quite a distance, however, the view was just incredible. There were great restaurants in the area and grocery stores within a 5 to 10 minute drive.
