All guests are welcome and I will try to meet the needs that will be presented to me. The house is located a few hundred meters from the river Serchio. IT IS ALWAYS ASKING FOR AVAILABILITY.

Super Ausgangspunkt für unseren Urlaub

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Von unserem schönen Ferienhaus aus waren alle Ziele gut zu erreichen. Mario unser toller Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hatte tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen oder prima Parkplätze. So einen tollen Vermieter hatten wir noch nie und wir fahren echt schon lange in Ferienhäuser. Vielen lieben Dank Mario für den tollen Urlaub.

Super séjour dans la maison de Mario! Très bonne communication avec Mario. Il a été très accueillant et disponible ! Un grand merci. Nous en avons profité pour finir Pisé , les Cinq Terre, Florence et d’autres lieux de Toscane . Ce furent de bonnes vacances !

ho usato la bella e antica casa di mario come punto d'appoggio per escursioni sulle Apuane. Quasi ne ero dispiaciuto, il bel giardino con la griglia e il tavolo esterno coperto chiamano famiglie o cene tra amici. Proprietario cortese e disponibile, casa appena ristrutturata in ambiente molto tranquillo. Consigliatissima!

Meraviglioso

La casa di Mario e stata bellissima! Il proprietario Mario e ben organizzata, sempre disponibile e molto gentile. La casa ha tutto quello che vi serve e grande con un giardino molto carino. Le vicine di casa sono gentile e rispettoso. Supermercati, macelleria , bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibile a piedi.

Casa molto suggestiva e funzionale, in posizione strategica per visitare le città d'arte e i borghi della zona. Molto vicina a supermercato, macelleria, bar e pasticceria. Impeccabile la pulizia degli ambienti e della biancheria fornita. La cucina è davvero carinissima e provvista di ogni tipologia di stoviglie. I due bellissimi bagni hanno tutto il necessario. Non serve davvero portare nulla da casa! Le camere sono ampie, con grandi armadi e letti comodi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Anche i nostri tre bambini sono rimasti entusiasti della casa. Peccato esserci stati solo tre giorni! Consigliatissima!!

Stunning house surrounded by idyllic views and a brilliant host

Perfect stay for all ages. The house is stunning with the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The garden space was perfect for the kids to play. Close proximity to local amenities, bars, shops, restaurants. Perfect location. Beautiful space with nothing too much to ask from the host a very accommodating person.Would highly recommend to everyone wanting a relaxing stay with idyllic surroundings. Suitable for adults ,families and pets. Casa fantastica,luogo meraviglioso la mia famiglia ( cane compreso)ed io abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda. Il padrone Mario è una persona squisita e disponibile, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema si dovesse presentare. Il mio consiglio se vi capita di passare da Piano di Coreglia prendete considerazione Casa da Mario non ve ne pentirete!!!

Perfekt stay in a beautiful area

Mario is a very helpful host. He tries to support with every little issue/question you have. The house is very clean and you have everything you need. Even with three kids the house is very spacious. The view out of the windows is beautiful and you can see the mountains. Within approximately 10km there are three public swimming pools that are a good alternative if you want to have a rest from the heat or from long car journeys. Two supermarkets are in a walking distance and you can get the best icecream in the Gelateria Da Pino which is also in a walking distance. We can totally recommend Mario's house.

Vacanze toscane

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una decina di giorni. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, lontana dal caos ma abbastanza vicina ai luoghi d'interesse (Firenze, Pisa, Lucca...), distanti un'oretta circa di macchina. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario e anche di più, biancheria, diverse misure di pentolame, piatti, bicchieri e posate, detersivi per la casa e saponi per il bagno. In giardino si trovano barbecue e forno a legna, più tavolo e sedie per pasti all'aperto. La casa all'interno è una bomboniera, ristrutturata recentemente, in tipico stile toscano. La prima cosa che colpisce, appena entrati, è la pulizia impeccabile; la seconda è che ti senti subito a casa tua. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto discreto. Ci ha fatto trovare un discreto numero di brochure su posti da vedere e cose da fare nei dintorni. Grazie Mario! Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata più che positiva, siamo stati benissimo e contiamo di ritornarci senz'altro.

Casa molto bella, accogliente, spaziosa, pulita con ampio giardino, però ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stato il proprietario che c’è stato in ogni momento e ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra.
