Very large old house, very charming, in a quiet hamlet of Cap Corse.

The charm of this large stone-walled house lies in its colorful decor, its panoramic view, its old washhouse in the basement and its mill. Calm and restful nature guaranteed. The places to relax are varied and original, the place is a delight for young and old.
No less than 280 m2 of living space are available to you in this large house in Cap Corse. The lime patinas on the walls and the red ocher of the tomette give it an authentic and chic atmosphere. A pleasant stay in perspective thanks to its very complete household appliances, its beautiful volumes, its cinema room, its large garden and its 50 m2 terrace with views of the sea and the Italian island of CapraÏa. Art lovers will appreciate the stocked library or the availability of a grand piano. It can accommodate up to 11 people in its 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. The linen is provided.
Rentals are from Friday to Friday (arrival at 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.)

Cap Corse
It is a region still very protected (Cap Corse Marine Natural Park and Coastal Conservatory) and still not very touristy. Cape Town, like all of Corsica, is a destination to be discovered in any season, as much for the wild and breathtaking beauty of its steep coastal landscapes, as for its secret beaches and mysterious paths. We also come to Cape Town for the welcome and the availability of the inhabitants. Even in the height of summer, you spend your holidays away from the crowds.
The outdoor activities are numerous and varied and the ancient built heritage is very rich and original (Genoese towers, convents, abandoned chapel ...) Nature is a fragrant source of wonder, bathed in changing light.

ein sehr besonderer Ort
Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler in den Hügeln; es ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, sehr abgeschieden. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack gestaltet. Wir haben uns dort ehr wohl gefühlt. Rita ist eine angenehme und freundliche Gastgeberin, die präsent und gut erreichbar ist, einem aber nicht auf die Pelle rückt. In dem Haus oben zwei schöne Tigerkatzen, die gerne Zuwendung (und natürlich Futter) haben möchten; Katzen zu mögen wäre also von Vorteil ;-), für uns war das schön so. Auf der herrlichen großen Terrasse mit Meerblick fehlt ein bisschen ein Sonnenschutz / ein Sonnensegel bspw., denn in diesem heißen Sommer war sie so exponiert und aufgeheizt, dass man sich zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr im Grunde dort nicht aufhalten konnte. (Es gibt aber einen schattigen Innenhof - (der halt nicht einen so schönen Blick hat) und einen großen verwilderten Garten. Man kann zu Fuß in etwa einer Stunde ans Meer. Die Hügel hinter dem Haus sind sehr empfehlenswert für kleine Wanderungen, man muss allerdings ein bisschen nach dem Einstieg suchen.

un lieu magique
Un site exceptionnel dans un hameau abandonnée, une maison décatie pleine de charme grâce à la décoration réalisée avec goût. Une vue dont on ne se lasse pas, cette grande maison est un havre de paix.

Magnifique
Une maison pleine de charme car décorée avec goût, et facile à vivre avec tous les équipements modernes, dans un cadre merveilleux ! Une propriétaire disponible et attentive à nos demandes et besoins ! Ce fut un séjour de rêve. Même nos ados ont apprécié la maison grâce en autre à la salle de cinéma. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons. Ne pas avoir peur des 5 km pour se rendre à la plage. Cela se fait très bien ! Proche du sentier des douaniers où nous avons découvert de magnifiques criques

maison très agréable et fraiche avec une vue époustouflante dans un village vraiment sympathique
Très agréable séjour dans une maison chaleureuse, fraiche jour et nuit et dont la vue de la terrasse est absolument merveilleuse. Nous avions l'impression d'être face à un décor tellement le paysage était magique. Cette maison a le charme des vieilles demeures corses tout en étant très bien équipée. Beaucoup de belles balades sont possibles aux alentours et le village de Rogliano est très accueillant et vraiment beau, tellement typique. Ne ratez pas le Café associatif, on adore les produits locaux et l'accueil généreux sans être envahissant. L'accès surprend la premier fois, car en effet le chemin est difficile, mais on s'y fait très bien et après quelques jours, on se sent en pleine forme et plus musclé ! Merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances.

Excellent séjour
Dans un hameau préservé et authentique, maison spacieuse, beaucoup de charme, rénové juste comme il faut, bien équipée et tout à fait conforme à nos attentes (et à l'annonce). Acceuil charmant et attentionné de la part de spropriétaires. La plage à quelques minutes, des petits bouts de plage isolés "de paradis" à condition de marcher 20 a 30 min. De vraies bonnes vacances.

Cap sur la Corse !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rogliano, au mois d'août. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos du site. Elle est dans son jus, ce qui lui donne un charme certain, un peu hors du temps. Elle est très bien équipée (électroménager, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, ... et même une bibliothèque bien fournie), les équipements sanitaires sont également en très bon état. La terrasse avec la vue magnifique est un vrai plaisir pour le petit déjeuner ; alors que le jardin est très agréable pour déjeuner à l'ombre aux heures chaudes de la journée. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
