Upper Silver Lake is just across the street with private beach!!!!

- Close to dune entrance (3/4 mile) just look down the street to check on the line!

association only to enjoy private upper silver lake!

-ride your bikes to town and enjoy the local shops.
-relax and enjoy our spacious cottage or hang out at the local beaches, little sable light house 10 minutes away.

We have been staying at this property each trip to Silver Lake for a few years and it never disappoints. It’s clean and well cared for. A great location with plenty of parking.

Great place, super close to the Dunes and “downtown” silver lake. Hosts were fantastic, home was exactly as advertised, very clean, everything you need for your trip. Would definitely stay again.

Silver lake sand dines

Stayed for the week to ride the dunes with friends. Hang out by the beach and just get together with friends. Great location for the dunes beautiful view of the lake. Very comfortable for our group, highly recommended.

silver lake friends and family get away

We stayed for a week with 3 friends and my son and his 2 children stayed just for the weekend. We came to go riding at the dunes and the location was excellent. Very well equipped and comfortable property. Plenty of room for parking and a nice large patio.

Nice and clean! Location was great for doing all the things that silver lake has to offer! Very spacious well maintained yard with nice and large patio. Loved the water hose for spraying Sandy feet and dog after a day at the beach!

Wedding Weekend!

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our bridesmaids and groomsmen. We got married on May 27 and it was such a perfect house to get to spend time with the ones we love during our special weekend!

The perfect family rental

My family and I had a wonderful time renting this property. The location was perfect. It was quite and a nice family setting. The home had ample sleeping and common areas and parking for large trucks and trailers. The home was very clean. The cleanest rental we’ve had in the area. We did have to reach out to the owner and her communication response was fantastic. Super nice. We can’t wait to come back.

Loved it!

This is our second time staying here - the house is lovely and spacious and on a very large lot. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the community beach. The kitchen is well stocked and supplied and the beds were all comfortable. The owner was very responsive and gracious as my son had some unintentional damage to the trash cabinet when it got stuck opening. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Awesome location to sand dunes

This place was awesome! It was literally 2 minutes from the sand dunes. It also had all the utensils and everything you could think of this was the most well prepared house I have ever stayed at! This is definitely the place we will be staying at anytime we want to come up riding. Also LOTs of room to park. We had a 20ft trailer, 18 ft trailer, and 2 16 ft trailers and we fit perfectly.

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect & in a great location! We enjoyed this house a lot. It was right down the street from the dunes, had a lot of parking for all of us and our toys & there was stuff for the kids do there too! Lots of space for everyone to sleep and the kids enjoyed being at the dunes for their first time with us! And the fire pit made for perfect at night activities with the cold weather we had this past weekend! The owner was super responsive and nice when we were needing help! I would definitely book with them again😊

Super Cute Home & Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for hitting the Dunes everyday with our Razor. The private beach was great for the kids - the perfect place for them to take their paddleboards out. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Rental

Great location minutes from the dune entrance. The home is spacious and clean, as shown in pictures, perfect for large and small families like ours. We enjoy the large well kept yard and building fires every night in the custom made fire pit. There are several balconies providing a different view to sit, relax, and enjoy. Valerie and her husband are wonderful hosts, friendly and easy to work with. Their home is one we look forward to visiting each year. Thank you for providing such a beautiful rental.

Wonderful and clean

We had a great week staying at your cottage. It included everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. We know the area well, but if you don’t, the cottage was in a perfect location to easily access Silver Lake and not on the main drag, and was pleasant and quiet. It was also on the way out of town to Pentwater so that was also nice. Beautiful extra large yard and back patio was a plus. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We loved it and will be back!

for over 10 years. We loved the family gettaway time and
proximity to our home we decided to buy a fixer upper!
Our family only gets time off in the winter months so we take
full advantage of the peace and Quit and beauty of north
Michigan and all the snowmobile trails.

Why they chose this property

The property was so close to the Dune entrance and it had so much potential with its large double lot.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with it because it was a mini version of our home
with the loft and open concept. Also would make a great
year round retirement home!
