Private Broad Beach Home - Super clean and air conditioned! We love guests!⭐️

My place is close to the beach (72 steps from front door to ocean -but not on the beach) and organic food market . You’ll love the views, the beach, the people, the coziness and all that Malibu has to offer..... My home is great for couples and families (with kids). Cozy, clean, and relaxed. This house sleeps 8 comfortably (each person has a bed).... ENTIRE HOUSE HAS BEEN REMODELED, (see recent pictures) as well as DRIVEWAY, walkway and backyard! Brand NEW hardwood floors in entire house!
All new appliances; and fresh paint everywhere! (Including kitchen cabinets). Brand new jacuzzi in back yard.

PETS CONSIDERED. No pets on furniture please. (Indoor or outdoor)
The Main house is 4 bedrooms/bath for an amazing beach get-away.
Extra steps taken for sanitation in between guests.

You don't need anything but your bathing suit, sunscreen and groceries to come here. Soices/condiments in pantry and use anything in the fridge!! A cook's kitchen awaits you...

There is a studio over the garage if additional room is needed. Brand new and state of the art. Very private separate from house.

Come have your best vacation ever! We love to give others what we experience every day: paradise! Perfect place for an amazing dinner party - under the stars - elegant table cloths and candles included! :)

Family Beach Getaway

This was the perfect beach house for a family get together. Better than the photos and an ideal location. Every little detail was thought of for the property and the owners were a delight to communicate with. Would come back again!

We had a fabulous time at the house. It was spacious, clean and perfectly situated. Great size for our family of 5, with the beach easily accessible. Would definitely stay again. The owners are the best!

Malibu beach getaway

Very nice house in the Broad Beach neighborhood. We were there with kids and went to the beach twice every day, either walking down the nearby stairs or using the golf carts the hosts provided. Less than a mile to the Vintage Grocer center so you don't have to go far for anything.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

This incredible Malibu property delivered everything advertised and more! We had an excellent stay over a three day weekend. Our host, Donna, was a wealth of knowledge and paid attention to every single detail to make sure we had the best time at her property. Would definitely go back with friends or family again. Truly relaxing. A magical weekend.

Comfortable home with great owners!

We had a lovely month renting on Bunnie Ln in Malibu. The house was great for cooking and hanging out with multiple families. The golf cart was key in getting to the beach each day as the public access point across from the house was closed due to covid. The owners were quick to address any issue with the house and were very accommodating to our needs. We would love to rent again there soon!

We enjoyed a large family gathering in this wonderful home. The gathering spaces inside and out simply could not be more conducive to sophisticated comfortable entertaining. The host has truly thought of every need and amenity to ensure a first class experience. Additionally, she could not have been more accommodating or genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed for an exceptional stay. Every room in the house is designed to enjoy with all the necessary amenities and then some.! Some of the highlights include and outdoor fire pit, hot tub, indoor real fireplace, chef’s kitchen, etc. The house is quiet. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are private, roomy, quiet and comfortable. In our opinion this is the best neighborhood in Malibu. Scenic true Malibu. Steps to the beach. Less than 5 minutes to everything you would need or want to experience during your stay in Malibu. We will certainly return.

Wonderful stay for a much needed getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Donna was always available and ready to help, and the location was amazing. The stairs to the beach are right across the street and the golf cart was very helpful in lugging stuff down to the beach with little kids. Highly recommend if you want a getaway and to hear the ocean waves crashing all day and night long.

Wonderful Vacation

The house and location are even better than advertised. It’s loaded with various details that make the stay special - from a great coffee maker in the morning to the outdoor fire pit at night. The golf cart makes getting around easy and fun and the stunning beach truly is a short short walk away... highly recommend!!

Wonderful beach vacation home

We had a wonderful time staying at Donna’s property. The house was beautifully prepared and everything you’d need was available. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy with four children and all of the requisite boogie boards etc. There were renters in the studio which meant some noise upstairs as it is attached to the house but this only bothered us when our children were going to bed. Overall we had an excellent stay and would rent again. Thank you Donna.

A great week at the beach

Donna was terrific from beginning to end and even though the gate to the beach had been closed due to COVID, she provided a cart that the kids loved and took us down to the beach another way. This is a great place for a family to get away and we are grateful to have had the week together there. Thanks!

Great beach living

The house is spacious and great for family weekends. It is clean, well stocked, the owners are resourceful for all things Malibu, and helpful with any questions. The location is steps from the beach, a nice walk to the local market, and a close drive to the Malibu country mart. There is a fire pit and ample outdoor seating to take in the view or a wonderful evening. I would highly recommend this house for groups of friends and families and we can’t wait to come back!

Why they chose this property

Located near one of Malibu's most coveted Beaches - Lechuza Beach. Left side of the beach is private for locals, right side you can walk all the way to the famous Matador Beach is tide is low. See some pictures - no better place to relax, take a walk, go out to eat, everything nearby within walking distance - or a GOLF CART ride away. We spend all our time at the beach or on our DECK - candlelight dinners under the stars...... (heaters, firepit, TV on deck).

What makes this property unique

The views from the deck and master suite are amazing. The surround sound (inside and out) makes every day living feeling like a summer fun day! Jacuzzi, boogie boards, outdoor shower, grill heaters, outdoor fire pit, outdoor TV on deck, indoor fire place, lots of of fun! You will never want to leave the house! If you are too lazy to walk down the steps, take the golf cart - but don't miss the sunsets on beach!!
