It is located in the countryside in a quiet area near the fishing village of Porto Petro. Surrounded by almond groves and meadows of sheep, where escape from the stresses of everyday life. Porto Petro is a quiet harbor where you can stroll and enjoy the cafes or restaurants overlooking the harbor. From here excursions along the beautiful coastline southeast are organized, with their small and beautiful bays. Along with housing starts Mondragó Natural Park, a few miles are two beautiful virgin beaches surrounded by pine trees. The weekly market in Santanyi, just 4 km, you can enjoy typical products of the area.

Superschönes Haus mit tollen Flair

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem superschönen mallorquinischen Haus und haben die Zeit so genossen. Der Garten war toll zum Spielen für unsere Kinder, die Lage war perfekt - Santanyi gleich um die Ecke -, der Bau des Hauses hat alles immer eher kühler gehalten bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen. Wir werden die zwei Hühner, die oft zu Besuch gekommen sind, sehr vermissen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Llorens war total einfach, nett und schnell. Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Cute little stone house

Cute little stone house in a very beautiful area. The location close to a wonderful beach is great (only a few minutes by car and even walking does not take too long)! With two small children we preferred that the house does not have a pool but a nice little garden. In wintertime it can be pretty dark inside, one more big window in the living room would improve this immensely but for summer time it’s probably perfect since it’s keeping the house cool. The hot water situation was not ideal but Llorens was eager to improve this straight away. The communication with him was always fast and very friendly!

Ruhiges Haus in ländlichem Ambiente

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und sehr ruhig im Naturschutzgebiet inmitten von Feldern mit Mandel- und Olivenbäumen; die nächsten Buchten in der Cala Mondragó sind ca. 30min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Llorens lief problemlos ebenso wie Check-in und Check-out.

Superbe location au calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour d'une semaine au sein de cette maison pleine de charme toute faite de pierres. Cette dernière dispose d'une belle terrasse et d'un éclairage de nuit élégant qui rend très agréable les fins de soirée autour d'une bonne bouteille de vin Elle est située à proximité de toutes les plus belles plages du sud-est de Majorque. Mention spéciale à Lorenzo qui nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin sans délai pour passer le plus agréable des séjours.

Calme et sérénité

Très belle maison pleine de charme et conforme à l annonce. Un bémol pour les équipements un peu vieillot. C est un endroit calme qui permet de se ressourcer. Dommage de ne pas rencontrer le propriétaire mais cela doit être du aux conditions sanitaires actuelles. Nous avons apprécié la délicate attention laissée pour notre arrivée.

Una bonita casa de campo

Una casa con encanto. Está muy bien puesta aún que le faltaba algo de limpieza, no se si era porque éramos los primeros de la temporada o no. La pega que le veo es que está metida en medio de una zona con casas parecidas, y para salir a la carretera principal te lleva un rato. El agente inmobiliario muy atento nos permitió entrar un poco antes de la hora. Si buscas tranquilidad esta es tu casa.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Rande eines Naturschutzgebiets, großer Garten und schöne Terrasse. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Super einfacher Check In/ Check Out, freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Mietwagen ist notwendig. Zur nächsten Badebucht sind es ca. 10min, Supermärkte gibt es in den umliegenden Dörfern, der Flughafen ist ca. 45min entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Todo fenomenal, quizás se podría mejorar el menaje de cocina. En las estancias largas, está bien poder disfrutar de varias comidas o cenas, y se queda un poco corto. Pero todo lo demás está perfecto.

Einladender Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ländliche Umgebung ermöglicht von dem Trubel von Menschenmassen mal zurückzutreten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Meer ist ca 3 km entfernt und selbst mit einem Spaziergang erreichbar, wenngleich ein Auto absolut empfehlenswert ist.

Herrlich ruhig

Wir haben eine entspannte, ruhige Woche hier verbracht. Tolle Lage am Rand eines Naturschutzgebietes, man kann direkt loslegen und eine schöne Runde drehen.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren elf Tage hier und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die rustikalen Steinmauern des Hauses sorgen für eine besondere und gemütliche Athmosphäre. Die Abwicklung mit Llorens lief reibungslos. Jede Anfrage wurde umgehend beantwortet. Für Einkäufe oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist ein Mietwagen aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wunderbar ruhig!

Das Ferienhaus liegt abseits allen Trubels in einem ruhigen, abgelegenen Naturpark (ein Auto ist daher nötig!). Unsere "Nachbarn" auf den umliegenden Feldern waren Schafe, Hühner und zu unserem großen Erstaunen ein Pfau! Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr wohl in dieser ruhigen und schönen Gegend Mallorcas. Hübsche Buchten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso der Markt von Santanyi, Restaurants in Portopetro... Das Ferienhaus war sauber und geschmackvoll landestypisch eingerichtet. In der Küche fand man die nötigsten Utensilien. Allerdings mussten wir Spülschwämme, Spüli, Klopapier, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs etc. kaufen gehen. Kleinere Vorräte wären hier wünschenswert. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen!

Fabbricato rurale di recente ristrutturazione, accogliente, pulito e arredato con gusto. Ubicato in un contesto rilassante e in una buona posizione, nelle vicinanze delle migliori spiagge e a circa 2 km da Porto Petro. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Le foto e la descrizione nell'annuncio corrispondono al luogo. Consiglio questa proprietà.

Bellissima casa indipendente, caratteristica in mezzo ai mandorli con ambio curato giardino, parcheggio privato, zona barbecue, tavolo esterno comodo alla cucina. Nuova, con ogni comodità (microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc..). Nonostante sia in una delle zone più turistiche dell'isola, è silenziosissima perché case in zona sono tutte indipendenti con ampi giardini. A pochi minuti dalle più note calette della zona, a 20 min dalla bellissima spiaggia di Es Trenc, a 5 min da s'alqueria blanca e portopetro. Necessario auto o moto. Proprietario molto cortese. Consigliatissima!
