About this property

Duplex with Terrace & Solarium. Santa Teresa VI

This great duplex apartment is located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house which has beenrestored, between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort.

The entrance is through the floor below, where your guests will find the modern and fully equipped kitchen, and the dining table. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one one with twin beds of 0.90*1.90, both with full bathrooms with shower en suite. The living room is very bright thanks to a skylight and a window overlooking the Giralda. And the best thing about the apartment is, without a doubt, the magnificent terrace with solarium and shallow pool (open from April to September) to cool off while enjoying the views of the neighborhood of Santa Cruz and the Giralda.

The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are able to taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Giralda are within walking distance.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Great location

The perfect place from which to explore Seville. Good comms with the hosts and the early issues - broken toaster, dirty pool etc - were fairly quickly resolved, Some items would be useful such as a bread knife and chopping board. Note - the ‘pool’ is a knee high pool about 6ft long, good for a quick sit or foot dangle to cool off but def not for swimming. There is also a handy outdoor shower,

Gorgeous modernised feature property. Excellent location on edge of St Cruz quick access to main sites remains peaceful next to park. Comfortable well equpped apt with superb rooftop terrace and dipping pool for the very hot days

Seville Stay

Very convenient location in Barrio Santa Cruz. We were steps to the lively neighborhood restaurants and shops, but down a quiet lane. Loved the rooftop terrace to unwind after hectic sightseeing. Apartment is small, but appreciated en suite baths for the two bedrooms and the small kitchen for quick breakfasts. Highly recommend.

Deceiving property

The pics of this property completely oversell it for what it is. The rooftop is the only attractive quality of the listing and even then the "pool" is a small pond, probably about 6 inches of water. The towels were cheapest quality possible and the rooms were no frills with windows that look out onto nothing. I wouldn't recommend this property unless you want overpriced hostel.

Upon entering the ground floor, you will be greeted by a modern and fully equipped kitchen, along with a cosy dining table and one of the bedrooms. As you make your way upstairs, you will be greeted by a living room flooded with natural light thanks to an impressive skylight and a large window with panoramic views of the majestic Giralda. On this floor, you will also find the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower. One of them has a spacious double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 metres, while the other offers two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 metres each. The highlight of this flat is undoubtedly its magnificent terrace with solarium and a lovely shallow swimming pool (open from April to September inclusive), where you can cool off while enjoying the breathtaking views of the picturesque Santa Cruz district and the majestic Giralda.

The surroundings of the flat are simply incomparable. Calle Santa Teresa and Plaza de Santa Cruz, two enclaves of singular beauty, are brimming with history and tradition. Just a few steps from the flat, you will find cosy traditional bars where you can enjoy the best tapas in the city, as well as small shops and an endless number of places and corners to discover. The Cathedral, the Alcázar and the Giralda are just a short stroll away, inviting you to explore these architectural wonders in all their splendour.
