Just 1,5 km to the wonderful sand beach Les Deveses". The nearest supermarket is a short distance away, about 500 m, until the "Els Poblets" there is only 1.000 m and the center of Denia is at 7 km away. On the ground floor, there is a living room & dining room with chimney, a fully equipped americain kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a sunny terrace covered, with access direct to the communal garden and the swimming pool. From the living & dinning room a staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, one has balcony and the other one has bathroom with shower. The house is totally furnished and equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves, TV, garden furniture, etcetera.
