Our beautiful custom home is ideal for large family gatherings and just 2 homes from ocean front in Middlesex Beach! Enjoy your vacation in the comfort of 7 bedrooms (4 master suites), 5 full bathrooms, 3 half baths, 2 outdoor showers, 2 large gathering rooms with flat screen TVs, elevator, wet-bar, hardwood floors, open dining area and large kitchen with stainless appliances. All bedrooms are double insulated for privacy throughout!

As you enter the home on the ground level, a large foyer welcomes you. On the same level, you will find a bedroom and a storage room with a full refrigerator for cold drinks and snacks to bring to the beach. On the spacious home's second level, there are 5 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and adjacent decks to escape, read, or enjoy the ocean breeze; one bedroom offers two beds (a double bed and a twin bed) and the other bedroom is a "bunk room" with 2 bunk beds with twin-over-full beds (these two bedrooms share a full bathroom). That same second level also offers a large gathering room that is the perfect spot for children to watch their favorite TV shows, a large laundry room and a powder room. As you make your way to the top level of the home, you will find a spacious master suite with an ocean view deck and a large "great" room offering a living room area with a large TV with surround sound, a large kitchen/dining area, separate reading area and powder room. Enjoy the ocean views in the screened in patio and deck from the dining and living room areas. For more breathtaking views, make your way up to the roof top deck!

After a day at the beach, refresh in one of the two outdoor showers! For the ultimate convenience, an outdoor bathroom is located next to the outdoor showers. Don't miss our outdoor ping-pong table for even more fun!

This wonderful vacation paradise is mere steps to the community's private beach - private being the key word - you'll always have plenty of room to bring all of the chairs, games, etc. to enjoy your day on the beach. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, our private beach is guarded by our team of well-trained friendly lifeguards. The location of this house on a cul-de-sac offers ideal conditions for outdoor activities like bike riding or wiffle ball. Plenty of parking on the driveway (fits 7 cars easily) and two parking passes for additional parking on the street.

This home is conveniently located near stores as well as a short bike ride to downtown Bethany and the boardwalk. Enjoy tax-free outlet shopping in nearby Rehoboth Beach as well as great nightlife in Dewey Beach and Ocean City, MD.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, pillow protectors and mattress covers on all beds. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and personal and beach towels are not provided. Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Wonderful destination for large friends/multi-family gathering

We could not have picked a better destination for our large friends gathering. The house is amazing and perfect for a multi-family group. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus and enabled us to get the absolute most out of our stay. It had been a decade since all of us had been under the same roof and we had such a good experience that we're already planning the next one! So grateful for Tricia and Don for making this wonderful trip possible!!

Wonderful property & host

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our church’s ladies retreat. We loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, and beauty of this home. The elevator was a huge plus! Tricia and Don were wonderful hosts, going out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Fantastic beach week

We are a group of families who have been vacationing together for many years. We have stayed at a variety of homes and this was the best of the bunch. It was unbelievably clean, with the best lay-out and so close to the beach, it made for the perfect week together. We really enjoyed all of the space indoors and loved relaxing on the rooftop deck and screened in porch. A truly wonderful home for a beach vacation!

Beautiful home, perfect for our family!

I can't say enough about this wonderful home. It was set up perfectly for a large group...plenty of common areas to gather, a huge table for meals, several outdoor decks with beautiful views. An Amazing Beach Vacation

We had an amazing beach vacation in this beautiful, clean and wonderfully well appointed beach home. Each couple had their own bedroom with adjoining bath ensuring privacy and comfort. The home was thoughtfully designed and decorated for comfort and beauty. It was an easy walk to beautiful Middlesex Beach. Tricia was very attentive to any questions we had and was an altogether wonderful host. Wish we had booked two weeks as I wasn't ready to leave! Will visit again!

Amazing Place!

This house was beautifully equipped with everything we needed and easily accommodates large families of all ages. There’s roof top view that takes your breath away and the location is perfect… The owner was very responsive and super helpful. This place is definitely a gem and worth every penny.

Bethany Beach Perfection

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was extremely convenient to the beach, and you can see the ocean from the back porches. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for families with small kids who go to bed early. The house was wonderful. It was well-equipped, and the kitchen in particular was great with abundant dishes, utensils, cooking materials, and even spices. The elevator was very helpful for my parents, who are older, and the huge table in the kitchen accommodated our large family. The outdoor showers and clothes line were also great. The property manager was responsive and helpful in answering our questions. Would come back!

Incredible multi-family retreat!

This home exceeded our expectation on many levels! We had no idea how truly close it is to the beach… 256 steps from the driveway to my beach chair on the sand! The kitchen was so fully stocked with dishes and cookware! Plenty of room for everyone, including bathrooms and outdoor spaces! We will definitely rent again!

Great Getaway

My group had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! It was clean and well-maintained (one of the group called it the cleanest rental they'd ever seen). The main space on the top floor combined with the screen porch and roof deck provided a ton of hangout space for our large group, including some young kids who particularly enjoyed being corralled on the porch with their toys. There was ample bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. And of course, the proximity to the beach can't be beat! Despite some foggy weather and rain, we had an awesome weekend together. Special thanks to Tricia, who was extremely accommodating and communicative, and overall an excellent host. We hope to stay here again! (BTW, in case anyone else has this concern, we were initially been worried about the elevator with the kids, but the elevator is nicely doored off, so the kids took almost zero interest in it. We need not have worried.)

Excellent beach vacation

This house was perfect for a family beach vacation. Great indoor space. And a very short walk to the beach. 2 minor issues: comforters and pillow shams appeared dirty with stains on them. Dishwasher does not clean well. Upper rack left dried on food on dishes and glasses, even after speaking with the property manager and following her recommendations. On the whole we would be happy to rent this property again.

Family gathering

We stayed in the house over memorial weekend. The weather was not great but we still enjoyed other activities including ping pong. We were all able to hang out together on the top floor and everyone was very comfortable. Overall an awesome experience!

Wonderful family gathering

Our extended family of 15 gathered to celebrate an 80th birthday. The house was just perfect for all of us. It’s very spacious with lots of porches and decks and a quick walk to the beach. I highly recommend this home and hope we can book it again sometime soon.

Our family has had a home in Middlesex Beach since the early 1970s. We love spending our vacations here. We are happy to rent this home to other families to enjoy and have memories together. Why they chose this property

Our family has been vacationing in the Bethany Beach area for over 50 years. We chose this area because of its beautiful beach and quaint beach town amenities. We get the best of everything in Bethany Beach while enjoying the benefits of a private beach - great shops and restaurants and many other fun activities for all age groups. We have access to the tennis facilities at Sea Colony which is a short bike ride away. Our home is conveniently located half an hour away to the Rehoboth Beach's boardwalk (and outlet shopping) going north on Route One and equal distance to the Ocean City MD boardwalk going south. We also are just 15 minutes away from the Indian River Inlet where we fish. It is truly a special location.

Our home is just steps away from the ocean. It is located in Middlesex Beach, a private beach which is life-guarded during the summer months and never crowded.
