Nice duplex in Callao Salvaje, with a large terrace, communal swimming pool and rest areas, and Ajabo beach a few minutes walk. In an idyllic place, where you can enjoy incredible sunsets in front of the island of La Gomera, this house has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in the south of Tenerife. Perfect for teleworking, with Wifi fibre.

It is ideal for families and couples since it has capacity for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet distributed between the two floors of the house, fully equipped kitchen, living room that connects to the terrace with of the house, Internet Wifi fibre and Netflix. With communal swimming pool and the beach a few steps from the house, in the south of the island, but at the same time in a very quiet area.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, terrace and area for sunbathing or to have breakfast, communal swimming pool, refrigerator, microwave, oven, hairdryer, sheets and shower towels, travel cot and highchair, Internet and Netflix.

There are currently construction sites near the property and some noise may be experienced during the day.

Nice for a stay.

Very well equipped kitchen. Apartment is spacious. Many towels available. Clean the appartment better. The stairs and upper floors where quite dirty when we arrived. Also don‘t write you will be waiting fot us at the time of check in and then you don‘t show up for 30 minutes and 2 phone calls without an apology.

+Very good location, calme and quiet. +Close to the beach and village with lots of restaurants and shops. +Lots of parking places available -Limited with kitchen utensils. -Garden furniture very worn and almost dangerous to sit on the plastic chairs. -Terrace has only a few hours of sun daily, (surrounded by houses) -Wi-Fi doesn’t work upstairs.
