About this property

Looking for a vacation home that allows you to walk to the beach?

Outstanding beach property with every amenity imaginable including breathtaking views, a short stroll to the beach, and outside grilling. All that's missing is you! This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home queen with a queen Tempurpedic sleep sofa on the 3rd floor that serves as the 5th additional bed. Located just across the street from Scarborough Beach. Relax at our coastal home with beds so comfortable you'll hardly want to leave.

The sugar-sand Scarborough Beach is a two-minute stroll (across the street). Located at 6 Greenbrier Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island

At the end of the day, a hot and cold outdoor shower is ready for you to rinse off the sand from the beach and begin your relaxed evening with delicious food and drinks on one of the fantastic three decks.

Please note - prior to booking there is 27 years of age minimum requirement and you must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings.

Great URI graduation weekend!

We stayed here for a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from URI. It was a perfect stay! The house was exactly as described in a beautiful location. Very responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute beach house

We stayed at beach house. It was a cute setup, fully functioning, that allowed for privacy with the 3 floors. Home was clean and property owners are extremely responsive. The walk to the beach was just across the street with views of the ocean visible from the home. I highly recommend staying here and plan on booking again!

Great adventure

The house is beautiful and situated in a lovely neighborhood. The owners were responsive when we needed them for a small issue, which was resolved quickly. I would recommend this property for anyone who loves the ocean and beach, or for a wonderful get away!

Nice house right across from the beach

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over Thanksgiving. We really only used the house to shower and sleep because family down the street was hosting but it was very comfortable and clean. The rooms were set up well and the beds were comfortable. If you are staying in the summer, this house is right across from the beach so it is a prime location! As a host myself, I really appreciated the clear instructions and easy check in! I'd stay again.

Nice Vrbo in Narragansett RI

This 3 level home was comfortable for 6 adults including one elderly person that needed a first floor bed and bath. However the second floor bath was not accessible to the second bedroom without going through the master. Overall, the beds and couches and living areas were comfortable and very useable.

Scarborough Beach Dream

We had a wonderful stay last week at the beach house! The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our families beach vacation. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The owner was very responsive and great to talk too. The location is amazing, just a short walk to beach. Absolutely would recommend this home for your next trip to to the beach!

Scarborough beach in veiw!

We needed a place last minute due to a funeral. We are a family of 8 with adult children. This was perfect! The house is well equipped with dishes, pots and other tools.

Really lovely spot

My family and I had a wonderful time at the house while attending a wedding nearby. The place was immaculate and we loved sipping our morning coffee on the top deck! Walking to the beach was a breeze, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location by the Beach

The house was perfectly clean and easily slept three couples. The beach was magnificent and a very short walk away. The roof deck is second to none. We will be back!

Great Spot for a Girls Weekend

We loved the house. It had everything we needed. Even though the late April weather was not conducive for outdoor activities, it was awesome being so close to the beach. Proximity to restaurants and to Newport were also great.

Fall Family Long Weekend

The location was exactly what we were looking for with nice views. Home was updated and clean. It was unseasonably warm for our November weekend which was good because the heat didn’t work. We reached out and were told that a call was put in but no one came and the situation was not fixed during our stay and there wasn’t any follow up. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

De-stressing at The Cottage

We booked this getaway on the spur of the moment and as an attempt to relax and have some laughs out “of Dodge” and the stress bubbles of our everyday lives. This beautiful home allowed for us to do just that and more. We were with friends who date back to 1979- 43 years ago and the 4 days in this perfectly situate home on the water gave us the chance to make even more wonderful memories. The cottage has been beautifully designed and decorated. Both of us have beach homes in South Jersey and can appreciate the work that went into the renovations. Have to add that even when the temp was in the 40’s the outdoor shower was the best and incredibly invigorating! Would highly recommend this getaway and would love to enjoy it “in season” as well. Why they chose this property

During the summer there is no better location as it is across the street from Scarborough Beach. The rest of the seasons are magnificent as well with the ocean views and quite relaxing walks on the beach in the quaint town of Narragansett. This house is so close to the beach you can smell the ocean every time you step outside. The views are incredible from all decks and most windows. The house is designed for comfort and as a year round home with all the amenities one could want, including comfortable beds and furniture.

What makes this property unique

The best part about the house is the 3 levels. There are 2 living rooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor. If you are visiting with children, the two living rooms provide great opportunities for separate spaces while still being in close proximity.
