Spacious and very bright two bedroom apartment in the center of Estepona. It has a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious living room with three sofas (one is a sofa bed) that leads to a large L-shaped terrace from which you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views from the town and the sea, including Africa and Gibraltar.It has air conditioning, private internet (30Mb fiber optic) and free television channels through the internet in other languages (French, English, German, etc.), as well as NETFLIX.In the immediate vicinity you can find bars, restaurants, shops, shops, pharmacies, bus stop, gymnasium area for the great outdoors, recreation area for the kids, etc. It is located in front of the beach and you can reach the marina in just 7 minutes.
