This stunning south facing 3 bedroom duplex penthouse has 3 bathrooms, two living rooms (one on each floor),air conditioning and WIFI as well as a selection of foreign channels (English, Scandinavian) available. The spacious living room opens onto a terrace overlooking the communal gardens, pool and sea. La Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is surrounded by tropical gardens and has two swimming pools, a playground, paddle tennis courts and 24 hour security. Furthermore, there is an area around where clients can have barbeques. It is located close to golf course and it's only a short walk to the beach, to Monte Duquesa shopping centre with bars and restaurants. The port of Duquesa is about a couple of minutes drive from the apartment and the beach.The two swimming pools are quite large and are surrounded by palm trees giving it a feel of holiday by the sea.The complex is suitable for families and golfers.

Best in town

The view in this location is amazing and is a must have when staying in La Duquessa. My children loved the swimming pools. Also the helpful staff in the complex from security to the lifeguards make this property standout There is only two things which are easily fixable the bathrooms seemed to have an odor issue at times, this could be out of your hands or the fact that the apartment is on the top floor. The other issue was the air con upstairs not working, which was a little uncomfortable.

Excellent spacious 3 Bed Apartment

We love this complex and have visited many times, but as my children have grown up we needed extra space and as there are limited 3 beds on this complex this property was a great find. Lovely apartment with great views and everything you need for a great holiday. Hopefully see you again soon. Mr Gibbons.
